I still feel like we are not getting what we signed a contract for but Ramos feels differently as well. In the current market there is not much anyone can do. We are very happy with the quality of construction, location and style. We hope to be able to some how move forward from here.

Hired Ramos Design Build/Ramos Contracting Corp to renovate apartments (originally built in 1990) that were converted to condominiums. RDB/RCC directed the design and was GC managing the renovations. RDB/RCC is very in tune with market trends and was instrumental in choosing design which the market enthusiastically embraced. The renovations were well managed and the project was completed successfully. The very minimal warranty issues were handled expeditiously and with professionalism. RDB/RCC is a very responsible company that cares greatly about the quality of their work.

Ramos Design Build remodeled a Mid-Century-Modern home in South Tampa and did a magnificent design job. The home was restored to its original design with New Century modern touches. Truly a beautiful project that warms the heart of those of us who love Mid-Century-Modern design.

We hired Ramos Design Build to construct our home on Davis Island. In all areas of the process we found the firm to be professional and helpful. This is the first home we have built from the ground up. if we were to ever build again or renovate we would definitely hire Ramos Design Build Corporation to do our work. They were instrumental from the design phase through our move-in phase. In fact, once we gave Ramos Design an idea of what we wanted in a home, our first set of plans were almost exactly what we had in mind. Ramos Design brought to us products to use in our home.i.e. flooring, windows, doors which made the transition so easy. The best part is that all the products were within our budget and to our taste. Ramos Design was always available to provide us with information and/or answer our questions during the design phase and especially during the construction phase. Ramos Design worked very well with all the consultants we chose to consult with in addition to Ramos Design but the final decision was always ours to make and they made sure we knew that. We had a very specific deadline within which to be in our home and that deadline was met. We have been in our home for a little over a year and are very happy with the quality of our home and the work by Ramos Design. They are still available to us if we need them and I highly recommend Ramos Design Build Corporation.
