Jill Rawson and Team, are absolutely the best option Houzz could ever give me. Since the 1st call Jill and I made a connection, she took the time to understand what I was looking for and explain me pross and cons for all the decisions. Her intuition and execution were exceptional and on top of that she dealt with city inspector that was making our life impossible for work done before me owning the house. Jill took the time to do all the work was required to solve his demands. Jill and team took ownership of really BIG tasks that required large teams of people and she was able to direct them in an accurate way and obtain the expected result. Definitely I do not see all this happening without Jill direction and push. The project took more time than expected since was executed during the pandemic and because we increased the scope of it. but oh boy the results exceeded my expectations since Jill added her good taste and style to give it the wow factor. I cannot recommend enough Jill and her teams as I wrote lines above my project happened thanks to Jill and I thank her for that.

Jill made wonderful suggestions that have vastly improved the space, and she was great at resourcing products that we liked. Her team is excellent as well: knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. She was realistic and transparent from the outset about timelines and costs - all steps were completed on time and on budget. Best experience with a contractor we've ever had.

Jill Rawson Designs co-ordinated the renovation of our kitchen and three bathrooms in our recently-purchased condo in downtown Toronto. She was instrumental in the structural and aesthetic design of our kitchen, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Overall, Jill Rawson exhibited good design vision, is practical, and spent money wisely. She listened to our concerns and to our needs at all times. We totally replaced the existing kitchen cupboards and counter-top, and purchased brand new appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher). Ms. Rawson accompanied us to Home Depot on several occasions to choose the cupboards and the appliances as well as the bathroom vanities. She negotiated the purchase of all of these items and, through her close business relationship with Home Depot, was able to buy these items at much more favourable prices than we could have done. Other work performed for us by Jill Rawson Designs included the installation of lighting in the kitchen and all three bathrooms.

We hired Jill to help stage our condo as we are looking to sell. She came in for a consultation and we immediately knew she'd be a good fit. She was very flexible and could design/stage depending on our comfort level of how much of our own furniture we wanted to use. She was also able to provide movers and set up a pod system to help store the furniture we needed to remove - it was seamless, convenient, and definitely helped relieve a lot of our stress about selling. The end product for our condo was more than we expected - clean, crisp, and updated/upgraded feel. She went above and beyond to help us wherever she could and when we needed her opinion on which lighting to buy, she came to the store and talked us through it. We loved working with Jill and we highly recommend her expertise.
