Reef Line Builders is a native story born on the beaches of South Florida. For the last 15 years, Greggory Kneeves has mastered delivering the most luxurious interior build-outs to the most demanding clients, architects, and designers. We are a full service, state-certified General Contractor with the resources and talent to provide design-build services at the highest level. Founder and owner of Sax Studio, Brittany's ambition is to juxtapose modern architecture with its context, generating a design that is distinct yet integrated into its surrounding environment. As an architecture graduate from the University of Florida, she understands the importance of process in the conceptual and design / development phases. Through hand drawing, 3D modeling, and computer renderings she conceptualizes timeless design with details, colors, and textures, creating a tangible experience for the project before it breaks ground.

My experience with Reef Line Builders was better than excellent. We gutted and renovated my master bathroom and it turned out better than I had expected. I will have another renovation project later in the year and I will hire them for the work. Greggory (Sensitive Information Hidden) and the people who work for him are perfectionists and their work shows it.

If you want honest, dependable, and high quality contractors then Reef Line is the way to go. Gregg and his team did an unbelievable job on our remodel and we would highly recommend him to anyone. Everything was done beautifully and the right way. They made any changes needed and were always available. We couldn’t have been happier.

Brittany is a phenomenal architect, who I have referred to my friends and family in their new development pursuits. She recently completed a set of architectural plans for my development company, where we sought LEED certification. My project in Coconut Grove had a careless architect previously, so Brittany completely redrew the plans to reflect better flow, smarter placement, and increased the square footage to maximize the lot. Brittany is educated with the latest computer driven architecture tech, so she's able to deliver the most cutting edge work. I thank her for saving my development project in Coconut Grove and can't wait to start my next project with her. Cheers!

Reef Line Builders transformed a vision into a reality. The 2 story entrance wall in my foyer is now a piece of art. I showed Greggory a drawing of a design and he and Greg measured it all out and transferred it onto the wall. A lot of geometry went into this creation. Then they cut each piece of wood and meticulously created the art! It was incredible to watch the transformation. They were a pleasure to work with! Always on time, personable, and very clean- I recommend Reef Line Builders for any of your needs! I will definitely be working with them again.

We hired Reefline Builders to do several projects in our house. Greggory did prep work under our stairs for some storage/ drawers we were having installed. He also removed 6 arches we had in our house, helped move high hats, hung reclaimed wood & patched our walls both inside & outside (stucco) after removing our Nutone & adding 2 Ring doorbells! He showed up on time every day, protected our new wood floors very well, and did great work! He works long hours & every day before he left, he swept up or vacuumed and then mopped our floors! We will definitely be using him again for work in the future! You don’t come across honest, hard-working & meticulous contractors every day! My husband also went to tip him because most days he worked 10+ hours & he refused!!
