Rembrey Custom Homes

After much research we chose Rembrey Custom Homes to build our retirement home on Lake Keowee. We had never built a home from the "ground up" before and with Covid plus the supply chain issues looming we placed a great deal of trust in Rembrey. They delivered a great quality home to us. Looking back on the process we believe that the single most important factor in building a home is communication. There were many decisions to be made, both large and small, that involved design, sourcing, pricing and availability. We were guided every step of the way by Rembrey. They presented us with the best options throughout the entire process and they responded promptly to all of our questions. All phone calls and emails were returned on a timely basis and they fully delivered everything that they promised. Obviously 2021 presented many additional challenges to the building industry-just navigating the supply chain issues was a major task. Once completed Rembrey followed through on a fairly small punch list and even had items on their list that we didn't have on ours. In the end we are 100% glad that we chose Rembrey Custom Homes as our builder.

We have had the pleasure of working many times with Rembrey Custom Homes on both high-end residential and multi-family projects and have been extremely pleased with the level of integrity, quality of construction, team coordination effectiveness, and the full support of the client by this builder. In each case, the end result has been a project that more than satisfied our clients. We could not be more pleased.

Rembrey Custom Homes built our new home. I LOVE it! It is wonderful. Rembrey Custom Homes has leaders that are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They were helpful at every step of the way during the build. They were very conscientious about the build schedule and the completion date. The only thing that I would like to see them change is to get a new painting sub-contractor company. The painters did not do a satisfactory job in my opinion.

From our first meeting, Rick II and Rick III were very professional and easy to work with. They made suggestions, based on their experience, to guide us in our decision process. Once building began, they used quality materials and finishes, no surprise costs and our home was actually completed before the date promised. We have had minimum issues since the house was completed and they were very responsive in addressing our needs. It was a pleasure working with Rembrey and would look to them if we decided to build again.

Rembrey built our house while we were in another state and we could not be happier. We were comfortable throughout the entire process. The financial accounting was very efficient. They met the timeline we agreed to and stayed within budget! We now have a quality home which has exceeded our expectations. Building our home with Rembrey was a true pleasure.

Rick and the Rembrey team were fantastic to work with. Finally, a builder that talks sense. They were reasonable on the pricing of upgrades and patient with me as a first time new construction home buyer. I promise, I was no easy customer. I would definitely recommend Rembrey for your new home builder!!
