From start to finish, we could not be happier with the process and project that Renaissance has done for us. Everyone we have dealt with is not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we are not construction or design experts.

My husband and I highly recommend Renaissance Remodeling. It was such a pleasure to work with Chad, Teresa, Jocelyn, Michael, Rick and Marilyn. We had a lot of anxiety about completing such an extensive kitchen and bath remodel, but the end result was over the top. They were excellent during the design/construction process in providing guidance, answering questions, keeping us informed, and overall just making the process stress free and exciting. The upgrades for us included "age in place" designs which worked within our budget. It was all completed within a timely matter too! This is our forever home and so there will not be a next time, but if there was, Renaissance is on speed dial.

Renaissance is an outstanding company to work with, from project ideas and inception to final completion and followup. Their design ideas are very creative and thoroughly complement and bring into being the concepts visualized by the customer. Their design staff had great ideas regarding materials, layout, and finishing touches to make the end product (addition of a 400 sf room)really shine. They keep the customer informed daily of project status and any issues. They manage their subs extremely well, even in very hot markets where subs are hard to find and to depend on. The subs were all first-rate and courteous. The finished product is extremely well done, and this company has exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. They keep the project area clean and tidy as work progresses, and are open and responsive to changes and adjustments the customer might ask for as the project takes shape. They closely maintain the project schedule, and deal creatively with any issues that arise. They pay attention to details of the project, and consistently surprised me with details of quality that might go unnoticed by the customer, but matter a lot. I cannot imagine having hired a company that was more professional and committed to customer satisfaction and quality of the finished project than Renaissance.

Professional, personal and kind to work with. I cannot say enough positive about this group. They listened to our needs and stayed within out budget. And they finished within the projected time frame. They did an incredible job on remodeling our 108 year old Northend home. We couldn't be happier. We were very pleased with all Renaissance employees that we dealt with and would especially like to commend our project manager G Salinas and the lead designer Teresa Richardson for the fabulous remodel and redesign of our master bathroom and bath and the painting of our master bedroom. G was so efficient and organized at all times and Teresa had wonderful ideas and helped me tremendously with product selection and ideas. All the subs hired through Renaissance were professional, personal, timely, and courteous. We will recommend Renaissance Remodeling to other parties and plan for Renaissance to do other work for us. Quality work is their moniker!

Our experience with Renaissance Remodeling was very positive. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and creating a great room, not to mention our home was built in 1962, so it was complicated. We met with Chad Vincent and Staci Wiley to review the scope of the project. They spend a few hours getting to know the space, how we lived in it and what some of our hopes and wishes were. The design team, led by Staci Wiley created several design options and we finally settled on one that fit out budget. Once the price was set, there were no additional surprise charges as the remodel progressed. Demolition was daunting, but Mark and Greg were cordial, respectful and easy to work with. We were very impressed with the Renaissance Team and their subcontractors. We chose an exciting piece of granite for our countertops from Wall to Wall and centered the kitchen around it. We had trouble finding the right tile for the backsplash, but Staci Wiley, our designer, came through with awesome glass subway tile from a new vendor. Our sink and faucet from The Fixture Gallery allowed for more individuality. Our faucet is modern and quirky. We were very pleased with the installation of our vinyl tile that extended into the living room and down the hall way. A portion was scratched by the appliances and it was quickly replaced without question and without further charge. Jim Vincent, out project manager was always available and organized the subs in an efficient manner. The subs were on time and easy to work with. We did our own painting and everyone was helpful and worked with and around us. We chose our appliances at Jim’s Appliance and Renaissance coordinated installation with the plumbers and electricians. ABCO Engineering has worked with Renaissance Remodeling on past projects as a subcontractor providing geotechnical engineering design services here in the Treasure Valley. Renaissance remodeled the kitchen in our 1910 home. This company is so great to work with. Everyone puts customer service first. Communication is excellent and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They were with us every step of the way--from design, choosing materials, color combos, etc. They listened and respected our goals and preferences. There were never any surprises. Friends and family who see the kitchen for the first time are just bowled over by both it's beauty and it's functionality.

We hired Renaissance for a difficult porch and rock facing project to the front of our home. We were very pleased with the results. New rock had to be matched to old, and we needed help with the design. We knew going in there were likely to be some glitches, but things were done professionally, under budget and we now have a stunning front to our home.

After interviewing several design/remodeling professionals, we felt most comfortable with Renaissance Remodeling. We worked closely with the design team. They had great ideas and we got more than we expected. The work crew did a great job, the foreman was so good and professional and went above and beyond in the surrounding rooms to make the project perfect.
