August of last year Neighborly Property Group replaced our hail damaged roof. I was first impressed by the knowledge of John the inspector that went up on the roof with me and pointed out the actual damage. Next came the coordination that the company did with my insurance . Very pleased with the install and clean up, all in one day. Just yesterday in April, Joe the roofing supervisor came out to do a follow inspection and while up in the attic did an over and above trouble shooting and reconnection of the roof bath vent tube. Pleased Customer!!!!

We worked with Neighborly to sell our home and modify our new rowhouse. Five stars all around. The team was responsive with a focus on quality first which was just what we wanted. They cheerfully came out and made adjustments almost a year after finishing the project.

We hired Neighborly to do renovations before we moved into new construction. They came to the table with great ideas, had wonderful taste, were flexible and the results are fabulous. We were kept up to date on timing, costs and changes needed. The work was high quality and they were solution oriented. The construction site was cleaned up nightly. Neighborly is not the least expensive but provides hight quality work at a fair price. Our project was taking out a wall, putting in hardwood and tile floors, renovating bathrooms, and installing sliding doors.

We hired Neighborly Property Group to complete a massive interior remodel on our home. We moved our kitchen to a different room, installed a butler's pantry, moved several walls, remodeled a bathroom, remodeled our laundry room, replaced over 3,000 square feet of flooring, and remodeled my home office. The work was detailed, and incredibly complex based on the designs and materials that our designers specified. They worked expertly with all of the multiple involved sub-contractors, and vendors to make this job come together. We can't wait to finish decorating our amazing new spaces and get professional photos taken!! So happy with the results.

Neighborly Property Group did a 3/4 bathroom gut and remodel, lower level bedroom remodel, ceiling popcorn removal on two floors and stairwells. Very satisfied with the work done throughout my home and Neighborly Property Group keeping the project going and on schedule. Travis and Drew did a great job.
