We loved working with Roi & Danielle! We had water damage from our roof last winter which lead to extensive damaged drywall and floors. RnD helped us repair the drywall in 3 different areas and replaced our flooring throughout our entire house. Separately they closed in two exterior doors and drywall/finished them for us. It feels like we have a new house and all of the repair work is so seamless to our existing rooms. Roi was extremely easy to communicate with and worked with us on a very tight timeline and Danielle helped me pick out new flooring and has such a great eye. Overall they both were great and we’d absolutely work with them again on future projects!

We waited a long time before embarking on the remodel of our master bathroom.  As such, we researched carefully. While price was our initial primary consideration, we quickly realized that trust was actually the first thing we needed to be comfortable with.  When we met with Danielle, we felt HEARD. She knew what we were imagining, and made suggestions as to where to save money as well as multiple things we would never have considered. Her experience was invaluable to us.  When it came time to purchase materials, she sent links to suggested items AND joined us at the tile store to help us navigate the overwhelming number of options.  When Roi entered the picture, his knowledge, confidence and joy made him a pleasure to deal with.  Roi’s coordination of all of his workmen was incredibly tight and always on-time. Expectations set. Expectations met.  His attention to detail was enormously comforting, as he noticed not only the small things we may have seen but also things we would never have noticed.  A detail I never would have considered, is that he had his workers send him photos of work done at every stage, so that he could review and have for later as well.  Our new bathroom was finished exactly on time and on budget. You can’t ask for more than that.  When we walk into that room now, it makes us smile with pride.  In short, we now consider Danielle and Roi family, and have recommended them to family, neighbors and friends.

We are very happy we went with Rnd Builders for our ADU project. We were referred to them by my brother in law after they completed his ADU, so we knew we were in good hands. Roi and his crew were always on time, always kept things moving, and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with how things were moving along. Roi handled any challenges that came his way with patience and ease, which was comforting to us since construction can be pretty stressful. Daniele has great taste and helped us by making great suggestions and finding the finishing materials at a reasonable price, plus she also had her design team put together our space in 3D, which helped us visualize everything prior to purchasing. My husband and I got bids from 7 contractors and decided to move forward with our kitchen remodel with RnD Builders. A few of the quotes came in at similar prices so what won us over was our project manager, Danielle. From the first meeting until now, communication has been clear and straightforward. She was one of the only people to educate us on how to do our homework on a contractor - together we went onto the CSLB website to compare all the companies and overall we liked what RnD Builders has to offer. Through the process of picking our materials, Danielle has also been very flexible and accommodating, meeting us at tile stores, trying to find us the best pricing, and even dropping off samples to our home on a Sunday. Demo starts soon and I'm looking forward to the kitchen of our dreams! I feel our kitchen will be in good hands with this company and project manager.

I interviewed several organizations to be the main contractor for a master bath and dressing area remodel. Roi and Danielle were the most responsive to my request, and once I met them, I knew right away they were the ones for the job. It was scoped to be about 2 months in duration, and it was. They were very patient with my questions and concerns, all the while taking time to talk out the options, and budget implications if there were any. There were no surprises, no change orders, no 'funny business' that made me skeptical of what they were doing. They brought in very competent individuals to do the work, and they worked efficiently until the job was done, without shortcuts. During this very important project, I became gravely ill, and Danielle found me unconscious. She called 911, and I was taken to the hospital where I remained for several weeks. They completed the job under time and budget constraints, without me, with ease and professionalism. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This is a no-brainer. On time, on budget, courteous, reasonable, professional...and life savers. Hire them! Your life could depend on it. :)

RnD Builders remodeled two of our bathrooms and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Everything was completed professionally, on time and within our budget. Roy is excellent as a project manager. He is client focused, very professional and has an excellent demeanor for working with people anxious about having work done on their home. We are currently using RnD Builders to convert a window in one of our bedrooms into a sliding glass door along with adding a deck to allow us better access to our yard. Everything has been going well. I definitely recommend RnD Builders and you would be fortunate to have Roy as your project manager.

Highly recommend RnD. Danielle took the time, quite a bit of time, to figure how to address the work we needed done without unnecessarily spending more money. The work consisted of repairing & painting stucco, replacing a rusted support post & railing on our porch, and painting eaves & other parts of our house & detached garage. We never felt any sale pressure. We had a price quote from fence contractor to replace our wood fence & gate. Danielle advised us to go with the quote as she could not do the work for the amount quoted. Refreshing to get such honesty. The work was completed quickly and we are happy with the finished product. Also met Roi, who was also very personable & professional.

Do yourself a favour and give this team a call. While I had several companies quote my project, from the first time I met with the RnD Builders team I knew they were the ones I wanted working on my project. I have an older home in Los Angeles that was in need of renovations. The project consisted of a full gut and renovation of my kitchen and bathroom down to the studs. Roy was my project manager and lead the talented team through the job. As someone who has little or no understanding of construction, he always had time for all my questions and took the time to explain the scope of the work. He also had the courage to caution me when he felt I might be making a poor choice that could impact the quality of the work. The entire team was a passionate and caring group to have in the house. Roy is someone who does what he says and says what he does. In my dealing with contractors, I believe that's the best compliment I can give him and his company. With a tight timeline dictated by the closing date of our new house, Roy presented a detailed budget before starting the job. After getting 3 other quotes we decided to go with RnD Builders. During the job he was forthcoming and quick to remind us if something wasn't in the scope of what we'd discussed and if there were more cost efficient ways to to do things without compromising. In the end we ended up right on time, bang on budget and with a great reno. Again, someone who does what he says and says what he does.

We bought an older home and wanted to redo the landscaping in the front and back yards. RnD Builders fit the vision that we wanted to create for our home. Danielle created a beautifully designed plan for Roy to implement. Roy's crew are real craftsman. They are very hard working but also friendly. The paver hardscape flows from the front yard though the back in a series landings, walkways and patios. A flagstone walk connects the pavers to a decomposed granite patio surrounded with a boulder wall. The materials and installation are top notch. The planting areas contain mounds and boulders, that creates a natural look. Since the completion of our project in November, many people that have walked by have stopped to say how much they like our yard.

Roy remodeled our entire 1100 sq foot condo. It was a project we were very involved in and we are extremely detail oriented. Our building is 40 years old and that makes for a challenge. We highly recommend RnD Builders, Roy was patient and professional throughout our project. Roi and Danielle were a pleasure to work with. Started off with leaky hose that Roi responded to, no job too small he said...I will always answer any call, big or small. He figured out the problem immediately. From there we felt confident in letting him know what projects we had in mind to do but were hesitant not knowing any contractors. We spent hours discussing, planning and voicing any concerns we had. Roi and Danielle were very good at taking our calls with questions and giving us updates and with any changes immediately. They did front and backyard landscaping along with kitchen update and solar panels. The workers were very courteous and respectful, they cleaned up during and after any project they started. In all we were thrilled with the work they did and would certainly recommend Roi and Danielle to anyone looking for any home improvements big or small.
