Tony, Bruce, Mark and Brandon are a TOP NOTCH crew! I can't say enough about their professionalism, thorough and well-planned work, creativity, enthusiasm and positive attitude throughout the entire project. My project was challenging- expanding a bathroom into the bedroom which involved designing the bathroom to accommodate the needs of a disabled person who uses a walker while keeping in mind how it would affect use of the attached bedroom. Tony actually answered his phone or called back quickly, and cared that all of my concerns were addressed, no matter how small. Communication is very important to me- I was impressed with how equally important it is to Tony. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day, and were very respectful/accommodating to my work schedule as I worked from home and often needed them to pause noisy work while I had a meeting. Tony was open to all of my ideas, and patient when I was painfully indecisive. They were on time every day and didn't leave until the work was done. This was my first big renovation project and to be honest I was pretty nervous about it, from the quote until the final grab bar was installed, but Tony was honest with me and didn't make me feel like a total idiot/amateur, and was supportive of my decisions but when I was making a huge mistake he was very kind in how he redirected me. I felt the entire crew honestly cared that the bathroom would be safe- I could tell this was a big priority for them- and useful for the long-term. It's been around 6 months since the work was complete and it's still holding up like it was day 1. They do great work, solid work. Thank you, S&S!

Tony and his crew are the professionals! I wish all contractors were this reliable. They did a great job updating our bathroom, very accommodating to our changes mid project and kept the rest of the house clean and disruption minimum. We're planning on using them again for another project.

My downtown Northville condominium, total renovation project is complete and I am so pleased! S & S Homes, Inc. did a fantastic job. Tony met with me at the start and listened to what my goals were for the space and walked me through the design options that would get me close to the planned budget. S & S Homes was incredible! We embarked on a whole first floor remodel. We removed walls, soffits, duct work, floors, and much more. We ripped out our kitchen, modified a bathroom and built a mud room. We turned our nice kitchen into a show stopping kitchen. We absolutely love it! Tony and his team were extremely easy to work with. They were punctual, communicative, helpful, patient and enjoyable. We had a few changes along the way, and they tackled them without complaint. We would ideate together and come up with solutions that worked for our family and the timeline. We enjoyed working with them so much that we want them back for a basement remodel. You wont be disappointed when working with S & S homes!

We are beyond pleased with the outcome of our kitchen renovation! It is absolutely gorgeous! The project was completed in such a timely manner, and from the time the project began, we could count on exceptional communication. Tony and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. From concept to final touches, all the team members were receptive to our comments and willing to offer their opinions. Daily clean ups and courtesy shown to us as we worked from home during the process were fantastic. Tony is diligent about communicating what to expect and updating on timing. As well as keeping tabs on the progress along the way. Tony is hands-on and responsive. No hesitation at all in recommending S&S Homes.

We had an entire reconfiguration of our kitchen and dining room area and I couldn’t be happier with the work Tony and his crew did. All of the work subcontracted by Tony was impeccable. The guys were punctual, friendly, thorough, and did excellent work. Tony and the guys always kept an open line of communication when issues came up and were patient with me when I was indecisive. I’ve already recommended them to our family and friends and I’m so pleased with the final product.

Tony and his crew did an amazing job and I highly recommend them if you're looking for good quality work from personable craftsmen. The crew finished the job on time (and we had a very tight and definitive timeline) and they were pleasant and helpful every step of the way. Bruce, Mark, and Brandon were just the best! They knew what they were doing and they even let me ask a million questions and whine a bit... I was picky and worried at times about my old house. But these guys pulled it off and even prepped my home for the next bit of work that I have planned, even without knowing if they'll be the chosen company to do the next job. They were thoughtful and strategic and they really cared about what was important to me. The only reason I didn't give these guys 5 stars is because there were a few glitches (as there inevitably will be) with the ordering of some of our materials and one of Tony's sub-contractors who just didn't reflect the same relatability and quality of character as Tony's other crew members. But Tony is great, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his customers. He wants to make repeat-customers and even friends. Thanks Tony, Bruce, Mark, and Brandon! See you on the next project!

My wife and I purchased our home at the end of 2020. The house was dated and we decided to immediately update the first floor, our living space. After speaking with several professionals, we decided to go with Tony because of his passion and expertise. We were impressed with his knowledge and ideas as we walked through the space during our first consultation, and found him very easy to talk to. As our projects progressed, he was always available to answer any of our questions, and also gave us advice and recommendations along the way. His crew was timely, professional, and pleasant as well. When the projects were completed, our living space transformed into exactly what we asked for! Tony and his team were great to work with, and we look forward to using them again for our future projects!

S & S Homes recently did our kitchen backsplash. The guys did an amazing job! Their attention to detail was meticulous! When they left for the day, you didn’t even know they were there, because they cleaned up so well! Would highly recommend them! We will be using them again, in the next couple months, to renovate two bathrooms!

Anthony and his team are simply amazing! They're craftmanship is like no other. They're extremely professional and there's no job that they can't tackle. We moved into our first home and wanted to update our outdated fireplace mantel. After attempting to do it ourselves, with the help of a family friend, we realized that we needed professional help. I reached out to Anthony, shared an inspiration photo and within months his team took our fireplace mantel from horrid to a masterpiece. His team took all the necessary precautions during Covid and we felt extremely comfortable having them in our home. They were available to answer questions, provided input and were very pleasant to work with. If you are looking for quality and professional custom work, look no further...I HIGHLY recommend S&S. S&S Homes is the best builder and home renovators! We have built twice and renovated 2/3 of a house with them. They are professional, provide quality work, meet deadlines and are fun to work with. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Tony, Mark and Bruce were amazing to work with. From the first meeting with Tony, he made us very confident in his experience and ability to complete our project just as we'd hoped. His communication was always very prompt, usually within an hour of contact. He fully explained the entire process as well as the potential obstacles/surprises since our home is over 40 years old. His team showed up every work day right on time, were always very professional and cleaned up everyday as much as possible. By the end of the job, they were more like friends. The project was completed on time and within the discussed cost after adjusted for the change orders we asked for/approved. The end result is gorgeous! We are so happy with our bathroom that we have already hired S & S Homes, Inc. to remodel our kitchen as well.

We contacted S & S Homes for a badly needed upgrade to our main bath. Although small in size, it needed a total make-over. After several meetings and estimates with other companies, we contacted Tony's associate Bruce. He and Tony came over, carefully listened to our vision, and worked closely with us every step of the way. They were true to their schedule and always willing to work with us on small tweaks as the project went along. When the bathroom door arrived, it was not the door we initially described. I called Tony (he was departing on his vacation that day or the next morning). Next thing, he's at our house with the correct door. He was always available for calls -- even on vacation. Their crew was great - from the demo group to the tile installers, carpenter, and painter. As the PM, Bruce was also on call during the whole project and always making sure things moved along and installed in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend this team.

We could not be happier with the bathroom project from Tony and team. They took the vision, listened, and brought it to life. Every person onsite was the utmost professional. My parents had their Northville home re-sided by S&S Homes in 2018. The project involved replacing rotted wood and inserting larger windows in the house and garage. A trex deck was installed off the dining room, and a new master bathroom completed the job. My parents had complete confidence in Bruce and Tony with their recommendations and attention to detail. Tom and his crew were very dependable and their work was impeccable. The finished project is gorgeous!

From design to completion, S&S Homes does fabulous work. We contacted Tony in 2018 regarding a renovation project which required major construction. Oftentimes, projects like this are tough, especially living in the space while the renovation is in process, but they made the experience as smooth as possible. The work area was cleaned daily and communication through the entire process was excellent. We now have a much more usable, open concept layout. Thank you S&S Homes!
