I hired Savvy Renovations (Savvy Group NY Inc.) in 2025 to renovate my shop. My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite a signed contract with a clear payment schedule, they continually overcharged me. Staffing was minimal – usually only two workers on-site every few days – because they were also working on multiple projects while short-staffed, splitting time between jobs instead of dedicating a proper crew. The construction and design elements I provided through my designer were never fully implemented, and many parts of the job remain incomplete to this day. I have extensive documentation, including contracts, bank statements, and photos, to support my experience. Based on how my project was handled, I would strongly caution others to think carefully before hiring this company.

Stay away from this unprofessional company. Taking money not delivering service. Dragging more money. Workers are not experienced and damage material.

I hired Savvy Renovation in April 2020 after buying a house in Brooklyn that is beyond 100 years old. I needed the following done: 1) Removal of carpets and installing wood floors. 2) Renovating an unfinished basement to make it liveable. 3)Painting the entirety of the house. 4) Changing light fixtures and making minor repairs to the house. 5) Changing the front steps and adding a railing. 6) Waterproofing a side of the house to prevent leaks in the basement. 7) Roof repair Savvy did a fantastic job. I am very satisfied with my interaction. Dmitry is responsive and present when needed for all changes. He has referred excellent subcontractors for other work that needed to happen in my house. I trust him and find that his prices are fair.
