Hiring Schnarr Craftsmen was the best decision we ever made. We have done many renos since living in our 100 year old home and this last one was by the far the best in every area. From Greg Schnarr's innovative design to helping us choose everything needed, it went extremely smoothly. His team was professional, kind, friendly and respectful not only of us, but of our home. Meticulous attention was paid to all the details. I was impressed each and every day. Greg was available and onsite when needed and problems were immediately resolved. The results were beyond my wildest dreams. I could never have imagined that our kitchen and living room could look this spectacular.

We did a full renovation on our kitchen (which of course led to other rooms as often happens) and Greg Schnarr and his team could not have been more professional, accommodating and dependable. Every one of his team were friendly, reliable and highly skilled. We dreaded this process, but Greg and his team made it not only easy but pleasant. I can hardly believe it.

I have used Schnarr Craftsmen for 2 renovations now and results were excellent both times. They had to address wall removals, re-routing HVAC - plumbing - electrical; new flooring, shower remodelling, staircase remodelling, ceiling replacement, and detailed finishing. They have an extremely skilled team, and they care about what they are doing. They offer collaboration, creative solutions and actually listen and work with the end customer. My estimates were priced competitively, and both renovations were completed exactly as quoted and on time. Aside from having a diverse trade set and a technically skilled team, the level of detail in the finishes is what truly makes these guys pro's. Oh - and I should also mention they are CLEAN! They protect your existing house, and vapour off work areas and clean up well end of day which is a big plus in my books.

Working with the folks at Schnarr was a wonderful experience, from the very first meeting to discuss the project until the renovation was completed. You hear a lot of stories about how stressful a reno can be, and how surprises / changes can leave the client underwhelmed. Our experience was the complete opposite - each day, as the design / plans came together, as the work began, and our dream took shape, interacting with Greg and his team, was so much fun and so rewarding. The delivery effort and costs tracked the plan / budget closely, the attention to detail was awesome, the patience with us as we mulled our design decisions was much appreciated. In the end, our completely revamped kitchen / dining area with new powder room and a new room on the back were everything we hoped for. I give Greg Schnarr and Schnarr Craftsmen my highest recommendation. We hired Schnarr Craftsmen for some major renovations that included a completely new kitchen, building a master bathroom and walk-in closet, demolishing our sun room and building a deck, installing new flooring for most of the house, and a number of smaller improvements. Greg guided us through every step of the process. The designs for the kitchen and master bathroom were both better and less expensive than what we originally had in mind (and what other contractors proposed). He provided just the right amount of guidance in choosing materials and colors. The project was completed on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with the process or the results. We will use Schnarr Craftsmen for all of our future renovations.

Thanks to Greg and his team of professionals for a superior job on our massive home renovation! We moved out of our home for three months and moved back to the stunning home of our dreams! We were kept in the loop throughout the process and everything Greg had laid out for us in our initial plan, came to pass as he had outlined. We just had our 4th renovation with Schnarr this past summer. They did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation. They do good work and that is why we keep calling them back. The subcontractors they use are very professional and we have called them back for other work around the house.

Our vision was to join an isolated guest room in our basement to the family room above it. Both rooms were part of a 1980's renovation to our century home and we felt that joining them with an additional staircase would make the basement more useable. Schnarr Craftsmen helped us scope out the redesign and walked us through all the stages, including a major renovation to the bathroom adjoining the basement guest room that was impacted by the new staircase. This was a complicated project but together we managed to make the right choices with respect to the look of the stairs and the use of the space in the bathroom. The new staircase that joins both floors looks great and has added usability and style to our home.The new bathroom is a very comfortable space and has added a touch of luxury to our guest room.
