Remodel of master bedroom and master bath and it is gorgeous. . Top notch and professional work. And, the area was cleaned every night before the crew left. Our assigned job supervisor was responsive and ready to address any questions we had during the project. We knew what we wanted, and their design team surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

We recently used Shack Built for bathroom and laundry room remodels. We started the process with architect drawings, design meetings and finally construction. Our home was built in 1935, the team knew how to handle any situation which arose due to older home construction. They were professional, clean and timely. Marty our contract manager was available everyday to answer questions and manage his team. Our finished product is beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend Shack Built and hope to use them again in the future.

I used Shack Built to finish my basement. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've worked on commercial construction jobs many times, so I know my way around a project. I was extremely pleased with the whole process from my initial meeting with Derick, to the design help they worked with me on, to my foreman, Marty. They treated my home with respect while they were here. They were extremely communicative from budget use, to the daily schedule. I knew what was going on every step of the way. I will definitely think of Shack Built for any future jobs I may have.

We used ShackBuilt to help design and remodel our master bathroom. Everyone at ShackBuilt was professional, responsible, caring, and communicative. Derick met with my wife and me multiple times and had multiple, lengthy conversations on the phone to help us make our choices for the bathroom. Everyone was extremely fast to answer our questions and everyone that came to work in our house was extremely respectful. Every evening the Matt made sure to make the place as clean as it was when he got there and never left anything out of place. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and friendly Derick, Marty, and Matt were throughout the entire process. Additionally, multiple times I sent emails to Sarah to ask questions about products and pricing from some of their other projects and she got back to me incredibly quickly and got me exactly what I needed. I would absolutely let them in my house again for another project. Definitely give ShackBuilt a look if you’ve got a project coming up.

We contracted with ShackBuilt for a new, large composite deck. We selected Derick over a couple of other contractors, because of his visit to our home and walking the site. He asked great questions and thought of some things we hadn't. We love the end result. They worked with me to make my design a reality, coordinated with a steel fabricator I contracted with separately for a pergola I designed as well, and they delivered a picture-outdoor space for our family!

Tough to find remodelers these days. These guys were fair and did a great job. I would use them again.

We (me and my wife) recommend Schack Built without hesitation. The Shack Built team set realistic expectations, and not only followed through with them; they went beyond them. Important things to us in hiring a company, to remodel our house, interior and exterior, was to find one who listens to our vision and uses it as a platform to grow their professional ideas into a collaborative plan that tangibly and visually creates an efficient functional home that is incredibly meaningful and compliments our lifestyle. Every day Shack Built cleaned up their workspace. The budget was very well communicated; we were aware of any savings and expenses so to avoid any major surprises. A great example of Shack Built's planning, organization and attention to detail. I would recommend Shack Built to my closest friends and family.

After shopping around and getting bids from several other companies...Derick was VERY professional and punctual with all the meetings that we scheduled before our remodeling project. When I finally met with Brett, the lead on our project, I knew that we were going to get along GREAT! We were more like brother and sister than working partners. We clicked and got along great! The contractors did a good job and Shackbuilt followed up on their work. If there were any hiccups (which there always are) they were corrected RIGHT AWAY and without any problems! GREAT JOB GUYS! We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel. We have and will continue to send to Shackbuilt for their remodeling needs!

We just moved in September and hired Shack Built to give our new home a fresh coat of paint, all new doors, update the kitchen counter tops and back splash and add a first floor laundry room. We had only one month to accomplish what we could before we moved in. Derrick and Brett were great to work with. We had some ideas of what we wanted, but when we didn't, they gave very good suggestions which we used and are glad we did. We appreciated how hard they worked to get most of our projects complete before we moved in. Their sub contractors were all very professional and easy to work with. Our son and daughter-in-law had used them prior to us, so we felt safe using them and we have no regrets. Everything went as smooth as possible, especially since we kept adding projects once we moved in.
