Sixteen On Center

Sixteen on Center is a modest design/build firm based in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Our projects are completed through close interaction between the owner and our team of professionals, resulting in a rewarding design and construction experience that produces exceptional buildings. Through great sacrifices, compromises, and endurance, Sixteen on Center has produced many amazing projects and has grown into an accomplished firm; though we are continually pushing our abilities and striving to provide the best quality design and construction services. It is our goal that, through their experience with Sixteen on Center, our clients and professional partners come to know our passion for design/build and the pride we take in our company and our work. We focus on designing spatially conscious, site sensitive projects which address the owners needs. Our aesthetics are driven by the local New England vernacular, although we feel it is important to approach the design process with a modern (forward thinking) eye. We promote the use of natural materials, green building practices, and a high level of craftsmanship.
