Where do I start?? Well the team at Skywerk was simply Amazing. Jason, Ricardo, Donna, Geoff and many others really came together and absolutely made our build out and permit process a dream. We built a brewery from scratch (2500 total sq foot, 1000 tap room, 1500 brewery) and used Skywerk throughout the entire process. We started with a discussion and created an Architecture plan. Jason basically held our hand through the whole process as this was something new for my wife and myself. We finalized the plan and then begin permitting which I expected to take for ever but they made it seems effortless as everything was being approved promptly. We broke ground in March and completed a 200K brewery build out in under three months. One of the fastest I have seen of the type, most folks told us to be prepared for all types of delays but our construction management team ensured we did everything by the book and per code. And we were really able to crush all deadlines and met ever expectation. Clear concise communication from Skywerks side and also they were available anytime day or night. It made my wife and I so comfortable to not have to worry about folks showing up to site for work or walking off with equipment etc. Honestly I could go on and on about how easy and professional this team was to work with, but I think you get the picture. I dont know why anyone would use anyone else and I personally have recommended at least 2 other breweries and some personal friends doing home renovations to this team. We first hired Sky Werk for a 3-month Design and City Permits contract. Being very happy with the results, we made a new contract for a 4-month, US$ 100K, complete remodel of our oceanfront condo. The project was developed with very good quality and completely to our expectations. Jason, one of the company's principals, was always available throughout the project, which gave us a higher level of comfort. He handled all sub-contractors and deliveries, and supported us with all major decisions along the project (floors, tiles, cabinets, countertops, etc), introducing different options and providers, which potentially reduced the total cost of the project. Of course, minor issues occurred during the project, but were dealt with on a very professional and satisfactory way. We would recommend Sky Werk without hesitation.
