Awesome is the first adjective that comes to mind regarding SML Custom Homes. Working with Marcais, a very professional individual, patient, calming & reassuring. So easy to work with, very detailed with his plans. I had 2 General Contractors tell me he laid everything out for them & applauded his work. I wanted to renovate my house for geriatric generation, Marcais listened to every detail & came up with an excellent plan. We were beyond pleased. Do I recommend SML, you bet I do, highly recommended.
