Jill and John Skerchek, owners of SADE, recently renovated part of our South Carolina home and they did an AMAZING job. They were so easy to work with and both were very receptive to our input. John did an outstanding job with the floors and his cabinetry work is the best quality I’ve seen. Jill was fantastic in selecting all the design features, counters, and wall colors and managing all the important details that make the difference. I highly recommend SADE and really appreciate the transformation they gave our home.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! Every aspect of our renovation was amazing. The design plan for our remodeled kitchen, dining room and den was the best possible use of space and cabinetry. Jill was great at listening to my design preferences and using them as a jumping off point for a beautiful cohesive space. The construction process was on time and of the highest quality with incredible attention to detail. Communication was clearly a high priority as we were kept in the loop throughout the renovation. I felt that they treated my home as if it were theirs.

We had done some updates to our older Kiawah Island, SC home when I met John and Jill Skerchek. We were introduced via a local architect. The original exterior staircase from the 2nd floor to the pool deck needed replacement. It also occupied a good portion of the deck space. John suggested that we rotate the new staircase 90 degrees left, thereby gaining 200+ square feet of usable space. South Atlantic Development Enterprises completed the job on time and within our budget. John was present every day on the site, physically working and overseeing the satisfactory completion of our project. Their level of pride and commitment is a rarity these days and we highly recommend Jill and John Skerchek to anyone wanting to renovate or build a home.
