We hired Spoon Construction to build our new house. From the beginning Joel was very helpful and willing to work with us in taking concepts to a final design. The construction process went smoothly with no major surprises. Joel and his staff were always available to discuss the work schedule, answer questions etc. in person and by phone or email. Subs were good especially Russ and Tim the interior finish carpenters who are great at customizing the interior woodwork and other details that can really personalize the living spaces. All the people at Spoon Construction were a pleasure to work with and we would use Spoon again without reservation.

Wonderful experience with electrician and plumber. Our favorite part of the process were the carpenters Russ and Tim. Not only are they nice people, they are so very skilled. Negatives: the owner of the tile installation co. He was rude rude rude. He was late or no showed every. single. time. we had a meeting with him and he outright lied to us more than once about various things. His workers were nice, but the owner negated any reason for us to ever deal with him again.
