Spracklen Built

We hired Spracklen Built to renovate a fireplace, and are so pleased with the results. We are not only very impressed with the precise work and the professional handling of the project, but also with Andy's ability to understand and accommodate our ideas: we wanted a very contemporary/modern look -- not so common in this area. Estimates for the project (as well as improvements added later ) always included a range of options, allowing us to make well informed budget decisions. Throughout the project, we communicated primarily via email; Andy responded to questions within a day, and always let us know ahead of time when to expect scheduled work.

We have had Spracklen Built on 3 different occasions. First in 2013, when he updated two bathrooms. During the 2013 project Spracklen built also turned an extra bedroom into a master bathroom with a walk in closet. In 2014, Spracklen removed a wall in our dining room and living room area. In 2016, Spracklen construction removed a fireplace that was sinking and replaced the wall, putting in a new fireplace. Spracklen is professional and does good work. We have been happy with the service and work he has provided.

We used Andy to remodel the bedrooms and bathrooms in our house. He was wonderful to work with and had great ideas to help the process go smoothly. Very impressed with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend and plan on having Andy remodel the rest of the house within the next 12 months.

Good communication with Andy on everything associated with the project. Made sure that everything was done the way that we wanted it to be. The end result was a great looking front deck and front hand rail leading up to the door. Also the subcontractors did and excellent job on the new roof and the front awning and gutters.

We had all the windows replaced in our house. We were very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism from the estimate to the finished product.

Andy and his guys do a great job!! Always there to answer a question if I have one. Very good at finding the new and most modern products.
