From the initial contact with SDR thru the consultation, design, job costing, material selection, demolition, installation, and finish work, SDR delivered the highest level of professionalism and customer centered care. Our Project Manager and Designer were always a phone call away and never did I feel out of contact with them. They were always extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout our 15 week project. Many times they exceeded my expectations (which are high). Our project was completed on time and on budget and the end result is an amazing kitchen and beautiful living space. Beyond pleased.

Great company!! We had a complete main bathroom remodel and it turned out beautifully!! We found the owner Jim Kreipe, his staff and work crew, very professional, friendly, great attitude, knowledgeable, experienced and up front about cost for the project and their ability to complete the job in a timely manner. Square Deal Remodeling has been great to work with during every step of our remodel. They built an addition for a new master bedroom/bath plus relocated the original bathroom which has transformed our home into a much more enjoyable and functional space. The laundry was moved to the main floor from the basement and a new back door/porch were added giving wonderful access to our yard. They also resided the house and garage, replaced the roof and gutters, installed new windows, and added insulation to the exterior walls. From the initial meeting to the end of the project, Square Deal provided excellent communication and focused on meeting our needs. They were sensitive to our budget requirements and came up with solutions to achieve our goals while keeping the cost affordable. I especially appreciated the daily schedule they provided so that it was easy to understand the overall scope of the project as well as what to expect each day. Square Deal maintained close contact throughout the remodel and any concerns or questions we had were immediately addressed. All of the work done is of the highest quality and we are very pleased with the results.

Square Deal executed an extensive kitchen, family room, dining room, and living room remodel for us. Karen Sedwick designed a space for our family that is beautiful, functional, and easy to use. Every step of the process was collaborative and I appreciate all her attention to detail, which has resulted in a kitchen that is incredibly functional with no wasted space. The Square Deal team was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They consistently arrived on time, cleaned up every day, went out of their way to look after our pets, and went the extra mile every time we had a wacky request. The end result is a new living space that is not only functional, but also beautiful and perfectly suits our family's needs and style.

Square Deal has handle three remodeling projects for us in the last two years. The first was a complete remodel of a kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, powder room, and family room. This large project was completed within one week of the original schedule. The second project was a complete remodel of the master bathroom. This project was completed ahead of schedule. The final project was the addition of a large closet in a bonus room. All three projects were handled professionally, timely, and within budget. Working with Square Deal and their subcontractors was easy and very enjoyable. We would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality craftsmanship and professional detail from start to finish.

We have worked with Square Deal on 3 remodel projects, and after the first, never considered working with any other remodel company. They are forthright, honest, intensely creative and so easy to work with! They are meticulous in ensuring the client understands schedule, budget and steps, all of which they adhere to. Any project has its surprises and issues, but Square Deal takes full responsibility for managing all to a successful resolution. No problem was ever mine. Designer Karen Sedwick worked closely with us to lead the creation of our incredible kitchen focusing on both form and function so that it surpasses our everyday needs while integrating beautifully into our 1927 English-style cottage. Similarly our spacious downstairs bathroom retains a period style but works for this century! Upstairs Karen and our fantastic Square Deal team overcame space constraints to add a gorgeous master bath. Did I say they are always on budget and time? Totally awesome.

Our experience with Square Deal couldn't have been better. The initial meeting, the detailed calendar for our project, the budget outline, the design help, and bringing the final design to life were all handled professionally and with skill. Every member of the team was respectful, personable, and extremely capable. The Square Deal team paid attention to all of the little details and made sure that everything was done right. We were able to get in contact with the owner and the project manager easily during our remodel. We were kept informed every step of the way. The result is a beautiful, well-designed, and properly functioning kitchen. We are thrilled with our remodeled kitchen!

Square Deal Remodeling not only rebuilt my kitchen, they crafted a beautiful result. Each phase of the project was perfectly done with care and attention to every detail. Ed, the project manager, was there every day answering my questions and making sure the job was done on schedule. I was very very pleased with the entire crew, from the designer to the craftsmen, and my new kitchen gives me great joy and pride. I especially wish to thank my designer Heidi who was there with me every step of the way. Her expertise in colors, textures and function guaranteed complete satisfaction.
