My wife and I decided to enlarge our deck with a roof covering, that was designed to become a 4 season room perhaps in the future, so I wanted something that would last as long as my house, and though I,ve never been a carpenter, I have been involved with my own construction projects, and I do have a tendency to over build, so I had some concerns about how Stebnitz Builders would address my project. No problem!!! I was in awe as to their building expertise and structural integrity of everything they did and would highly recommend them for all the construction projects someone may have. Working with Stebnitz Builders was great! We recently had a number of improvements done to our lake house, which had been neglected for years. The project included a new roof, new deck, as well as a new well and septic system. The team was prompt about responding to my questions and concerns. Additionally, Chris proactively called me when additional problems, beyond the obvious, arose and proposed solutions. Dan, our project manager, kept me informed of the progress of the work. Also, the work came in only slightly over the estimate, and that was due to unknown issues. Our neighbors thought those completing the work were very thoughtful and were most concerned about clean up. As a result, we can now walk on the deck without wondering if we are going to fall through, and we can lean on the rail and not wonder if it is going to collapse. The street-side deck is lovely as well. Additionally, we have received several compliments on the roof. I would not hesitate to recommend Stebnitz Builders. We will certainly be using them in the future.
