Tom and Joe demonstrated a very high level of craftsmanship; job finished on time; I would use Sugar Creek again

We added a two story addition to our home. Construction began middle of June 2018. It consisted of expanding an existing kitchen and family room on the ground floor and adding a covered patio. On the second floor we added a master bedroom, bath, and laundry room. Months before construction began, Tom met with us frequently to come up with the best design. Project took about six months as originally estimated. Tom met with us almost daily to go over work progress and helped in the decision making. If problems arose, he communicated those with us and together we came up with solutions. Sugar Creek did a beautiful job and we couldn't be happier. Tom was great to work with as was Joe, John, and Jason. We would highly recommend Sugar Creek.

Tom, John and Sugar Creek recently finished a room addition, both up and basement, including a new deck. Their workmanship was stellar, attention to detail fantastic, and ability to work through the little issues that come up great. We are so happy with our addition and how it turned out. Just gorgeous. We are so pleased with Tom and his crew that we are now working on a second project to renovate the bedroom area of our home. Tom has a great eye for what is possible. He did not nickel and dime us but talked to us about any upgrade we requested. He did not over promise but he did over delivery! Recommend without reservation.

Tom and Sugar Creek Remodeling have completed a totla of four projects for us, including remodeling a bathroom, building a fantastic screened-in porch, finishing a basement, and updating our kitchen. Throughout all of those projects, Tom and the rest of the SCR were completely professional, courteous, hard-working and accomodating. We recommend SCR without reservation.

Tom has done several projects for us. He did three bathrooms, some bedroom remodeling, has worked all over our house. Everything he has done has been first class. He is very meticulous, follows up, and makes sure everything remains in proper working order. He works well with others and has helped us through our projects so that we are completely satisfied. He is not in a rush. I can see that he values excellence above all. He has my complete confidence and I would not do a house project without him at this point.

We hired Sugar Creek Remodeling to repair our deck which had a major beam failure. We also have had them install an upstairs laundry. Their work was very professional on these two projects and came in below the estimates. We are very pleased with the quality and promptness (2 days each) for the projects. We will be using them again in the near future.

I have hired SugarCreek to construct my designs for over twenty years. To the project they have delivered a superior product, on budget, with perfect quality and always with clean, polite and reliable personnel. Their price is fair and the final product perfect. One of SugarCreek's hallmarks is to not nickel/dime the client. When unforeseen issues crop up, as they always do, SugarCreek will often identify and solve the issue with out changing the contract price. I had Sugar Creek Remodeling gut and redo a bathroom in a 100 year old house. They designed a retro looking bathroom that blended perfectly with the age of the house, but also met the needs of the aging occupants of the house (us). The workmanship was excellent; Tom has a great eye for what will work; he created a cupboard that met all my needs and matched the medicine cabinet I selected. He built a frame around a preexisting replacement window that makes the window look original to the house. He was honest when discussing the cost/benefit ratio of some of the features I wanted. When some inadvertent water damage occured on the ceiling, it was promptly repaired. Will hire them soon to gut another bathroom.

Tomy Myers and Sugar Creek Remodeling did an absolutely stunning and outstanding job building a deck for our home. It was a challenging design and build out requiring steel structure, a cantilevered floor, and simple but exact detailing. Tom personally took care to ensure that everything went smoothly, and even went out of his way to correct an error on MY part, when he saw for himself that it did not look right, which reflects Sugar Creek's integrity, professionalism and pride of craftsmanship. I have personally recommended Sugar Creek on several jobs to friends and colleagues and would gladly do so again, without any reservation.

Excellent planning and organization with minimal problems during the actual project. All target dates and deadlines met. Subcontractors chosen for both quality and customer service. A high and uniform level of craftsmanship and detail with as little disruption as possible. Both the contractor and subcontractors were as neat as possible and cleaned up each day.

Sugar Creek completely gutted and replaced our master bath, including replacement/moving of all plumbing and electrical. They entirely replaced the ceiling, joists, and floor of the bathroom above. They had the full plumbing stack replaced. They did additional work including wall patching, fixing pocket doors, and fixing a dryer vent. They used a room at the other end of a hall as their workroom, using a window in that room to remove construction debris. When they left there was no evidence they had been in the room or the hall. They were sensitive and helpful when we discovered the need to entirely remove the ceiling/floor of the upper bathroom. This bathroom has a complicated tile job--the work done on it is the best I have ever seen. Sugar Creek started and completed the job on time. They did excellent prep and design work with us. They prepared a thorough bid that they kept to, including advice on where to save money. Communication during the work was constant, helpful, and accurate. These are workmen with a true appreciation that they are working in your home. They were pleasant, clean, efficient, informative, cooperative -- even fun. Work spaces were left in excellent order every evening. They work hard. But above all these are highly skilled craftsmen. They cover many trades and know when and who to hire for things they do not do. They know how to do each element of the job with only the highest standards. They truly understand how each element effects the others, both physically and as far as schedule. They know and work within construction codes. And they have a strong sense of the aesthetics of a project. We have now lived with the bathroom for almost two months. We wouldn't change a thing.

Tom Myers and His crew at Sugar Creek Remodeling are outstanding excellent professionals. His company did a total make over of two of my bathrooms in my condo and came in under budget and on schedule. Primarily Joe Rodgers and Tom did the work in my bathrooms and blew me away with their professionalism, conscientious, and thoughtful work. When you find good people you will stick with them and I intend on sticking with Sugar Creek Remodeling for all of my remodeling projects.
