I have known Ben Suidman both through working for him in the capacity of architect on his and Kitty's (Suidman Design, LLC) new home as well as a friend. Were it not for Ben’s supervisory role during construction, the project would have not turned out as well as it did. Ben’s professional and equitable way of handling the many construction activities and crews, budget, and coordinating of the many custom features was admirable. Ben handled the coordinating of such a complex project professionally and with limitless energy. If I had a chance to work with Ben in this capacity again, I am convinced it would yield nothing short of excellent results.

We hired Suidman Design LLC to manage extensive remodeling in our newly purchased 1910 craftsman home. Ben Suidman served as our main contact and project manager. He was always timely and approachable with a willingness to help us in any way that we asked. He advised us with creativity and practicality throughout the entire project, staying on budget, without compromising quality or function. Ben is not only a pleasure to work with, he is a consummate professional. His project management skills are unparalleled and owing to his impeccable taste we knew we had a strong advocate for the kind of fit and finish we were looking for. At the outset of the project, Ben had all of the contacts necessary to give us a big head start all the way from picking a kitchen down to selecting hardware. Thanks to him, we shaved countless hours off of our schedule. Ultimately, we would not have been able to complete our home remodel if it wasn't for him. I had the great pleasure of working with Ben and Kitty of Suidman Design LLC on two occasions. The first a mid century modern in Denny Blaine. This Suidman team took an already significant piece of architecture and elevated it through their amazing sense of design and skill. They came up with artful ways of adding too while still honoring the original architecture. The second project was a complete build from the ground up. Working through the entire process they were able to create a home that is not only beautiful but is beyond compare in functionality and flow . A view property which offered great opportunity to take in all the beauty of the north west and through their design you truly feel as though you live in that environment. Suidman Design offers what I find to be a unique quality in their management. Clear ,concise communication and the ability to implement a plan from beginning to end making the customer feel like they are always informed and involved.
