Robert and his team did an exceptional job in every phase of our home building project. The quality of our home is incredible. My husband worked with Robert on the core construction decisions and was very pleased. Tara Jordan, Sulaski's Designer, brought us extraordinary ideas and assisted with the hundreds of decisions that had to be made. Every visitor is wowed by the beauty and comfort of our home.

Custom Home builder. Overall very fine job. The consultant used for selections related to colors and decorating and finishes were excellent. All employees were positive to work with and provided good input throughout the building process. Attention to detail and overall quality displayed by sub contractors. There were three problems that required extra effort to work through - two noteworthy problems were deviations from the blueprints; they are in the resolution process as this is written. An electronic program that all employees can look up details on would be a helpful tool for this builder.

Working with Jeff was always a pleasure. I was always treated with kindness and respect. I could go to him with any question or problem and knew that it would be handled in a timely manner. He kept great records and I could get financial answers quickly. We had S&T build our home in Grand Highlands. This home is a second home, so we needed someone that we could trust since we could only visit periodically. We also wanted to use reclaimed wood for some of the beams and a barn door, so we needed someone that could bring fine craftsmanship. Mike Tinsley and his team exceeded all our expectations, our job superintendent was outstanding, he kept us informed and found solutions to all the issues that come during construction. We have recommended SulaskiTinsley since our house was completed in Sep 2014, and we know of at least five other houses at Grand Highlands under construction by SulaskiTinsley with a variety of styles and budgets. We could not be happier with the finished house they built!

Sulaski & Tinsley constructed our new home last year in Mills River, NC. We selected a model which they had built previously, and were able to customize it to suit our site and our preferences. Because our previous home sold sooner than expected, we had a very tight time-frame for construction due to a rental lease we had signed. Sulaski & Tinsley were able to complete our new home on-schedule and at the agreed upon price. We are very happy with the quality of construction and with the service we received. I highly recommend this company!

Our experience with Sulaski Tinsley was outstanding. They made every effort to work with our needs and completed our house on schedule, within cost while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship. Our project supervisor was courteous and would answer our questions honestly and in a straightforward manner. Schedule was very important to us as we were living in a temporary location with a specific move out time. We told Mike Sulaski this and he told us that every effort would be made to have us ready by that time. He succeeded by having someone working on our house almost every workday. He also offered us a pre cast concrete foundation which turned out to be a significant time saver as well as adding to the structural integrity of the house. We have been in our home for almost a year and the problems have been minimal. This is a first class company that is run by people of integrity and pride in workmanship. You will not go wrong by hiring this company to build your house.

We really did not want to build a home. After 25 years in real estate sales and having worked with many builders I would have preferred to purchase a resale, less hassles! Sulaski & Tinsley proved me wrong. Working with them was a pleasure. Honesty and integrity and follow up are a part of their corporate culture.
