Sullivan Construction

We took advantage of Sullivan Construction design/build services and we are thrilled with the results. We had heard horror stories from others about the possible trials and tribulations of building a home so we spent a lot of time researching our options and checking references. Sullivan Construction was always top tier. Everyone associated with the project (project management, architect, accounting and craftspeople) was professional and customer focused. Everyone was open to discuss options and suggest other aesthetic and practical ideas for consideration. There were a few special site conditions that required extra attention and care. Engineering specifications were incorporated into the design and construction to ensure long term success. Every project of this nature will have a few 'hiccups'. Our hiccups were few and relatively minor. They were expeditiously and efficiently addressed. Overall the build took a little over 8 months. There were very few days that there wasn't someone on site doing something. We are very happy with our new home and we were thrilled to be in by Christmas. We just couldn't figure out how to put a big bow on the house. We bet Sullivan Construction would have had an idea had we asked.

Tyrell and Sullivan Construction exceeded my exceptions in quality, craftsmanship and communication. I've worked with many builders and Tyrell and Sullivan Construction were always timely in communications and fulfilling expectations. They provided well thought-out ideas on floor-plan, layout and materials. This was our first project with the team and I was impressed. Smooth and relatively stress free. 5-stars.
