Tim Sweeney is a great communicator and hires topnotch subcontractors. When Sweeney Construction did the renovation of our basement two years ago, every component of the work was completed on the predicted calendar date and to our satisfaction. When I complained about some of the electrical work, the contractor returned immediately and corrected the problems. I especially appreciate their handyman service. Most recently Matt Foss replaced woodpecker-damaged cedar shingles promptly and had the proper tools to do the work.

We've hired them for several projects, both large and small (the one I've done a time/cost estimate on below was the most recent project). They do excellent work and stand behind their work to boot. We've been very happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I had looked for a service provider to address some maintainance issues at my home but never thought of this firm since they seemed to be oriented toward larger projects. well, I was wrong. They provide all sorts of services including "handyman" sorts of work. The beauty of what they do is they bring the big project skill and professionalism to even the smallest task. Needless to say I consider them a "go to" resource for all my home projects.
