Here at Syndicate, we believe in challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries of customer service. We believe that starts with the people we hire and works its way into your home. In this industry, anyone can remodel a house or build out a basement -- that's not rocket science. What really sets a contractor apart is the ability to do those things and make the client feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. For us, that typically starts with the design process and works its way to construction. We like to do the design in-house because it ensures two things: first, that the design is actually doable and is the most efficient use of the space (some designers create plans that are not possible to actually build), and secondly, that there is extreme communication between us and the clients about all of your wants and needs from day one.
