The best remodel experience we've ever had. Aaron and Rick run an amazing company with outstanding employees and relationships with talented subcontractors to ensure seamless work. Rick managed every detail of the project and never left us guessing on timeline or potential delays. The project was finished on time and within budget, thanks to this communication. We absolutely loved the help we received with our finishings selections, and using their software platform to update selections, ask questions, and to shoot the TailorCraft team pictures and ideas was great. We will definitely be calling TailorCraft again for future projects.

TailorCraft Builders, Inc. was selected by my wife and I after interviewing many potential builders. We were impressed with Aaron Drummond and co-owner Rick Dyson's attention to detail, professionalism, track record, and were truly motivated to create our dream water front custom home. From our initial interview through the entire year long process they were accessible and willing to listen to our needs and desires. Quality craftmanship was evident from shoring up the foundations to the final cleaning. The team of contractors organized was respectful of our questions, and never tired of our inquires. Rick was on sight every day with AM and PM surveys to ensure the process and time line moved with efficiency. Aaron's "Co-Construct" accounting program insured we agreed to all purchases and credits throughout the construction. We were also advised along the journey, when the next phase was to begin and what had to be ordered or purchased in order to keep the assembly line on schedule. TailorCraft minimized the anxiety of what could have been a traumatic evolution for older home building neophytes. The home they created is superlative in every measure! My wife and I would both highly recommend TailorCraft for a new construction or remodel.

TailorCraft Builders (TCB) came recommended to us through a mutual business colleague, but Aaron, Rick, & their entire team made it a rewarding personal connection throughout the custom home build process. They spent many hours working directly with us to make sure all our requests were met and paid attention to even the smallest of details. Our waterfront home had some unique and challenging access issues, but they were able to overcome those and delivered a new "forever home" that we absolutely love. Among their many talents, they were able to successfully guide us through some exhausting AACo permitting obstacles to make sure our overall project continued as planned. We would highly recommend TCB to anyone considering a custom built or renovated home. The home they built us has exceeded our expectations and is one we can't wait to come home to every day!

After researching several remodeling companies, we chose TailorCraft due in large part to the reviews we found online. We had a fairly large renovation (complete gutting of a finished basement) and wanted someone with the same vision we had. They did not disappoint. Everyone from TailorCraft and all of the sub-contractors were friendly and got the job done the way they said they would. We hit a couple of snags (not unusual for a 50 year old house) but Aaron walked us through our options and got us back on track. There were things we did not even know that we wanted that Aaron thought of an we thanked him for later. We could not have been happier with the outcome of the renovation.

We hired TailorCraft to transform our home. This included an addition, a new raised entryway, new laundry room, kitchen, fireplace, entertainment room, and dry bar, as well as significant exterior changes. We also had some unusual requests along the way to personalize our home. TailorCraft handled this project very professionally, with full disclosure of project timelines, costs, and expectations. No surprises!! Communication was prompt and thorough. The subcontractors hired on the job were highly skilled and very polite. TailorCraft listened to what we wanted and allowed our project to evolve into our dreams. We are very happy with the outcome and recommend their work without hesitation.

Aaron, Rick, and all of TailorCraft did a magnificent job throughout the project. Aaron started working with us before we even found our fixer upper, explained everything we needed to look for to get a house that would be suitable for an addition and stay within budget, helped us find it, and gave us exactly what our large family needs. Our first house will be a wonderful home for our four boys to grow up in for years to come! I would recommend his company to anyone looking for a new build or a renovation, no matter the size!

This team is wonderful. They were very patient with what ended up being a complex renovation. They always seemed to have our best interests in mind. Not only was the work competent and professional, Aaron and company were personally communicative and diligent. Our 100+ year old house, which had been subjected to many DIY renovation projects over the years, is now modern, clean, and beautiful.

We hired TailorCraft because of work we had seen on their website. We fell in love with a house and Aaron was very upfront on the cost of remodeling it. We didn't end up with that home, but a year later he came to check out another home. The work they did is beautiful! They didn't disappoint. Their kind and professional. We did go over budget in some areas and there could have been more communication within the crew. Overall we are very happy with the project.

TailorCraft completed a project that involved the constructing and installing of built in bookcases, constructing and installing a hardwood staircase, and gutting and replacing a bathroom. This involved painting, wallpaper removal, electrical, plumbing, tiling, carpentry...who knows what else! They definitely brought our decorator's ideas to life. The workmen were very dependable and conscientious in the care of our house. Each day the project supervisor came by at least once to check work progress, handle problems (of which there were few), and doublecheck wth us as to our level of satisfaction. Aaron, the owner, made a suggestion that we had not even thought of that completely changed the feel or our foyer. It took a while to coordinate our schedules but when the project began, it ran like clockwork. We would definitely use them again.

We chose TailorCraft Builders to build our dream home from a trusted referral. We found the perfect location, had a wonderful architect and now needed a builder who could do the job. Aaron and Rick worked closely with our architect and did an outstanding job in making what we visualized into reality. The process was long and at times complicated and so much more involved than we could have ever imagined, however they worked with us every step of the way, providing much needed guidance, advisement and support throughout this journey. The TailorCraft team was professional and courteous at all times. Our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and they were always open for discussion. Without hesitation, we would refer TailorCraft to anyone who needs a professional for a remodel or a new home build. We are all smiles and extremely pleased with the outcome.
