We hired Taylor Bryan company for remodeling of our kitchen, a full bath, and half bathroom. And in the height of the pandemic, when products and the labor force were scarce, we still had the best experience. Kelly and Jill worked diligently to find the items on our wish list, and were very patient with us, when creating and choosing products for our new space. They are exceptionally talented. The thoughtful design and the craftsmanship is of quality that comes from creating with passion, care, and attention to detail. They are honest, return calls in timely manner, and follow up when there is a question or a concern. From start to finish the job went smoothly, and if there was any concern, Kelly was at the job site. I would highly recommend Taylor Bryant and his family crew for any other projects. In fact, Jill is designing an outdoor patio space for us!

We worked with Kelly and his team almost entirely remotely on our whole house remodelling project because we were based in Asia during the time of the project. Working remotely and with 12 hours time difference. Kelly and his team is very courteous and flexible. They would go the extra mile to help us coordinate with all the vendors when we are not available. Willing to be flexible and provide us with professional suggestions as we made decisions big and small remotely. They have earned our trust by being transparent and attentive. We are very glad to have chosen Kelly’s team for this big task.

Kelly and Jill are wonderful people to work with! They completed our basement redo which turned out fantastic. They focus on quality and created a wonderful space for our family to enjoy. I would highly recommend them.

This was our first experience with Taylor Bryan company and it was very professional and customer-oriented from start to finish. Excellent quality, clear communication and thorough and professional in all interactions. Alex always kept us notified of what’s happening next and we loved that they made the plan/ key milestones for our project available through an online app and kept it updated regularly. When it came to picking tiles and interior choices for our new space, Jill was awesome with her guidance and help. We really appreciated her inputs and she was very patient as we worked through options. Overall, it was a great experience and we love everything about our new sunroom!

This was my first experience with the Taylor Bryan Company and it could not have been better. From the start when Alex came to check out the space he had so many great ideas that I hadn't even thought of. Everything was so organized. The ideas and help from Jill with everything from the front door to the light fixture, the flooring and so on was my favorite part. Jill has this amazing ability to really get a sense of who you are and what your style is. Anytime I had a question anyone I would reach out to weather it be Jill, or Alex they always got right back to me. They communicated with me the entire way. I was never left wondering what was next, how it was going, or with any questions. Scott was the contractor that did the work, from demo to finish he was my guy, and what a great guy he was. Always on time, extremely kind and honest, and very talented. He was clean when he worked always cleaned up at the end of the day. He really did look out for me and asked questions, gave me tips and ideas and explained everything to me. The last phase was the pictures that Taylor came and took. Another great experience. We couldn’t be more pleased with the renovation that Taylor Bryant completed for us. They paid attention to every detail, creating living space that we love to come home to and share with family and friends. The process was very easy both Jill and Kelly walk you through the choices needed and help you create a space that is reflective of your personality and style. Their team is respectful of the homeowner’s privacy and communicates daily addressing questions or concerns as they move through each phase of the renovation. Our renovation exceeded our expectations!

We had a small den that needed bookcases and a mantle and built-in window seats. Compared to some other jobs that Taylor Bryan has done, this was very small. However when I called Kelly he said a job was a job and he was happy to do it! Well, off to a good start and there were no disappointments. Working with Kelly & Jill was a treat. They are so professional in all of their ways from beginning to end. Jill took me shopping and if you want to even have fun making decisions, go with Jill!!! Her suggestions were great and I am still happy with all the final choices. We were impressed with everyone on their team of woodworkers, painters etc. They knew what they were doing and were good at it. We are so pleased with our finished den and they really wanted to make sure that we were totally satisfied. I also wanted some custom upholstery and found that their daughter Taylor does that. She did a beautiful job and was as easy to work with as her mom! If we ever have another project, Taylor Bryan will hear from us.

Taylor Bryan did a total remodel of our kitchen and family room, as well improvements to an adjacent half bath. The entire process was terrific, from the design phase, through demolition down to the studs, permitting, rebuilding and even support regarding interior design components for the remodeled space. Kelly and Jill are talented professionals who were on site regularly supervising their team, and were extremely responsive and helpful throughout. As a team, they understand both the creative/design side of a project as well as the technical aspects. The project was done on time, on budget and we were beyond satisfied with the resulting end product. We recommend them without reservation for any project, big or small and would absolutely hire them again.

Taylor Bryan fulfilled all my dreams for my master bathroom and then some. I only wish I had known about this company long before now. Over the years I ended up with sub-standard contractors who did extremely poor work. Everyone on the Taylor Bryan Team is a top professional, highly skilled and extremely dedicated. When we realized that it was time to finally have our master bathroom done over I began looking at pictures on Houzz of bathrooms that I liked and different things I hoped to have in our new master bathroom. When it became time to find a contractor to make those dreams come true we began the process of interviewing different companies for the job. This was especially nerve wracking since we had been burned before. I used Houzz to find contractors who did work in my area and that was how I first learned about Taylor Bryan. When we first met Kelly and Taylor and I handed them my wish list I immediately had a good feeling. Both Kelly and Taylor listened to my wants and unlike some of the other companies who tried talking me into things they wanted and didn’t seem to care if I wanted it or not I knew I was on the right path to choosing the right company. The bathroom needed to be handicap accessible, but at the same time I wanted it to be a beautiful bathroom as well. Kelly assured me it would be the dream bathroom I wanted it to be. When we met again to see the design we had the pleasure of meeting Jill. Jill’s flair and knowledge of interior design along with her wonderful warm personality made me realize that this was a great team. I knew they were the company to go with. Jill was a godsend to me. Due to physical limitations, I’m not able to go shopping and having Jill to work with and do the shopping for me was truly a blessing. When it came time to pick out the various tiles both Jill and Taylor would lug the heavy pieces down to the bathroom and lay it all out so I could make my decision. Jill would email me many times throughout the project with pictures of different choices of various items to choose from or stop by to have a show and tell. I can’t say enough of good things about Kelly, Jill, and Taylor, and the knowledgeable, professional, but extremely warm people they all are. Kelly and Taylor would make sure they stopped by at least once a week and sometimes more to make sure the job was running smoothly. Even my little 3 lb. 6 oz. toy poodle loved all of them and looked forward to their visits. When it came time for the bathroom to be gutted down to the studs I had the pleasure of meeting my Project Manager Dave who was onsite every day to not only oversee the job to make sure everything ran smoothly, but takes pride in his own excellent, quality work down to the last detail. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with and when I wanted to add some things he made sure it happened. He made sure the work area was picked up and vacuumed at the end of the work day. Some of the other people I want to mention because they were all part of this amazing job are Ryan and Tyler (who worked with Dave). Taylor Bryan Company uses the best subcontractors that I have seen which includes Jim and Amber (tile) Paul, Sr., and Paul, Jr. (plumbing), Bill (custom cabinets), Rick (Oasis Glass) as well as the electricians. Now that the project is complete it is everything I hoped it would be. I can’t thank the Taylor Bryan Company enough. They became like family and I am going to miss them. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to have high quality work done on their home to use Taylor Bryan Company. Not only do they do first class top quality work, they also use the best subcontractors, and keep their promise to make sure all work is done just as it was promised and stand behind it.

The Taylor Bryan Company is wonderful. They are easy to work with and will make your living space a dream come true. They worked on our entire home and most recently our nursery. We hired Taylor Bryan to remodel our bathroom. The project included gutting the bathroom and restarting from there. We are very happy with the quality of the project and the allowances given to rebuild the bathroom. The added bonus was working with Jill in the selection of products and colors. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the project and would work with them again in a heartbeat.
