The Property Sisters

I am nearing the end of a whole-house remodel with the Sisters, and I love them more today than the day I hired them. How many clients can say that about their design/build team? Allison and her construction team renovated my house from top to bottom including landscape, hardscape, plumbing, electrical, roof, two bathrooms, moving walls, refinishing the floors, paint inside and out -- you name it. Sure there were some surprises along the way, but Allison was in daily communication, she respected my budget, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. On the design side, Marilynn is a design genius! She listened to what I wanted, she incorporated my ideas, and she turned my house into a true dream house while, again, respecting my budget and my preferences. I couldn't be happier with the Property Sisters and their team! I would hire them again in a red-hot second!

The properties they have worked on with me are primarily Spanish homes. What's great is the finishes they choose perfectly complement the Spanish style of the home, keeping the original character, and adding a modern twist that keeps it clean and new. I have hired this company many times. They are incredibly professional, applied, inspired, and inventive in the approach of the work assignments, as well as completely reliable. This company always tries to salvage the part of a project that can be worked with, thus saving costs. They are very resourceful and diligent about doing research and finding the ideal material for the project at the best price. I used them for a complete bathroom remodel and updating the kitchen and plumbing.
