Threshold did an extensive remodel of our bathroom. Heather gave us design recommendations in addition to overseeing the project. The workmen were on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up the area each day. The remodel was also completed according to schedule. We would definitely recommend Threshold to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

I recently had two full bathrooms remodeled by Heather and Jeff. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, organized, and far less stressful than expected. Everyone working on the project was professional, respectful of our home and incredibly detail oriented. Heather and Jeff communicated clearly throughout the project, showed up when they said they would, and kept everything clean and tidy each day. The craftsmanship truly shows, every tile is perfectly placed, the finishes are beautiful and the space feels both luxurious and functional. It’s rare to find a designer and contractor who combine skill, reliability, and genuine care for their work, but Threshold Design and Build absolutely does just that. We love our new bathrooms and would highly recommend Threshold to anyone considering a remodel.

Heather and Jeff did a MAJOR remodel on our lake house in Clarksville. Heather had wonderful design ideas and Jeff made them come to life. They are a fantastic team and did a great job of getting the right people lined up to do our home. We were able to consult throughout the process to ensure our house would be our ideal long-term home. We ran into significant unforeseen issues with our foundation that put us behind schedule, but Jeff was able to overcome that and get the build back on track. We are VERY pleased with the final outcome and love to show it off to visitors!

Heather was fantastic to work with. She is able to look at a space and envision multiple design plans. She took my very broad concept of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and fine tuned it so that I was able to create the exact look I was going for. Her attention to detail is amazing. We will absolutely be working with her on all our future projects.

She took care of literally everything from design suggestions, samples so we knew what materials felt like and looked like in person, to coordinating with contractors, and even finishing off our space with personal touches. She made a daunting project a fun and EASY experience! I can't wait to work with her again!
