We love our newly renovated home by Touchstone! They did exactly what we wanted for our addition, on budget and on time. We love our new space, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, which are now modern, light-filled, and beautiful. They worked with us every step of the way, answering our questions and addressing any concerns immediately. Highly recommend Touchstone for their great work and customer service, and would work with them again.

Our experience with Ben Srigley of Touchstone was outstanding. He is very professional and organized. From proposal to completion, everything was handled to our satisfaction. Any problem with sub-contractors, timing of deliveries, or materials was taken care of with mutual agreement. In addition to being a manager with knowledge of every discipline, Ben is a master carpenter and built us a beautiful double stair rail and custom drawers. Our project involved a complete overhaul of a large basement area into an entertainment space with wet bar, a full bath and bedroom. At the same time, he renovated our master bath, closets and master bath. They are beautiful and functional spaces that we enjoy every day.

A pleasure to work with. Always left the house in excellent and clean shape. Excellent workmanship. Very good communications. Responsive to any follow up items. Renovated kitchen dining room powder room space in row house (including moving walls) and renovation of second floor bathroom.

Ben and Touchstone are great. They did a major renovation and expansion for us. 4 years later not one nail has moved. Quality installation and execution throughout.

Touchstone remodelers has performed extremely well in two of our homes, one in washington, d.C. And the other in chevy chase, maryland. In both cases, the owner, ben sigler, remained involved despite the many projects this firm handles in the washington metropolitan area. Of special note, the lead contractor always comes to ensure the workers are assiduous in carrying out their duties. For example, in a recent project requiring major demolition, the officer came to check on the quality of the work and to ensure that all areas were cleaned by day's end. Touchstone also calls in advance if there is, for example, an earlier start of work. The finished products we have experienced both outdoor relative to a deck and chimney and interior involving marble, glass and chrome, the product has been of the highest quality. May it be noted, that this firm also completely remodeled a home in our washington neighborhood and turned it into a large model home from top to bottom. Touchstone has our highest recommendation for effective and beautiful work.
