The United Signature company did the kitchen renovation + painting of the ceiling and walls + door replacement, fixed the hardwood floor where necessary, plus did the necessary electrics, in terms of price and quality, we are very pleased, in the future we will contact them again (we do the renovation in parts, so that it doesn’t turn out too much at once). What we liked the most was that when any questions arose, everything was resolved without any troubles as needed. For example when we asked other team , is it possible to repair a part of the wooden hardwood floor after renovation, they told us that it’s impossible, that we need to replace all the hardwood floor in the kitchen and dining (because it is open concept), instead of this the specialist from United Signature at once told us , what kind the wooden floor do we have and how he will fix only necessary part. So he fixed only the part was needed and afterwards we have no sign that part of the hardwood floor was replaced and revarnished. Half a year has already passed and we still enjoy the kitchen as it is just finished and we are very happy and thankful to all their team.

I hired United to build an 800sq ft workshop on my property. Their salesman seemed knowledgeable and my reviews of the company were positive at that time. Big mistake. Once the contract was signed and initial payment made, the project stalled. After taking 1.5 years to get a building permit (not all their fault), the construction began. It took them over 8 months to complete an 800sq ft box building. Nearly all of their sub contractors (from foundation work to final finish trim) were of low quality and the resulting building shows this in many ways. Their followup on issues after completion has also been poor. I would recommend staying as far away as possible

We had an excellent kitchen remodel experience with United Signature. We took a chance and contracted with them based on reviews. So happy. We had an outdated 90's kitchen and needed some fresh ideas. Anna, one of their design team experts showed us some designs that really opened our kitchen up and fixed some flow problems we had while cooking. We really liked the fact that they were a full remodel company from design to completion. Oleg, their project manager was very prompt in responding and held to every schedule promised. The materials used for cabinets and countertops was high quality. When construction began the crew was daily during standard working hours and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The kitchen construction was about 4-6 weeks, less appliance installation. We ordered our appliances separately and those staggered in over the course of a year. What was professional was that United Signature returned promptly and installed each appliance as we received them. We thought the pricing was fair and would not hesitate to contact them again for other remodeling projects.

They were friendly and professional, from the initial consultation to leveraging their expertise in choosing materials that matched our design tastes to the installation and final walk-through. When I first heard of United Signature, I was a bit skeptical, knowing it was a new company. However after deciding to try it out, I can say I have no regrets. They do a wonderful job when it comes to the remodel, they make sure the work is at its top quality, and is definitely worth your money. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a great remodeling company, who can be sufficient and excellent at what they do.
