Working within the NWA Real Estate Industry, I have a vast network of agents to lean on and asked what companies to consider a room addition project. Several colleagues recommended Valiant NWA - I experienced why they are so widely recommended. I was incredibly impressed with the entire process. The transparency, the constant communication, the honest feedback, and the attention to detail all exceeded my expectations. We are thrilled with our new addition and it makes our humble Bella Vista home more flexible with a beautiful windowed space. Valiant Property Solutions helped with the structural changes on our house remodel. We replaced the entire kitchen which included moving the location of plumbing, gas, water, etc. We also expanded our laundry room which too required extensive changes to walls and plumbing/electrical. The project was completed in a timely manner and even though items ended up costing more than anticipated due to some unforseen changes, they worked with us on price.

James and his men replaced my deck last spring and did a really terrific job for a very competitive price. What impressed me the most though was his follow up work. About a month after the job was finished and stained a few of the boards started to warp and pull up. When I called the company and told them about this they had men out the next day fixing the problem even though I know he was having to pull them off another job. I will use this company again and reccommend them to anyone who asks.

Valiant Property Solutions turned our walk in attic into a playroom & they did a phenomenal job! It does not look like an addition. It looks like an original part of the house. The quality of the work is fabulous! I am a detail person & expect perfection & Valiant Property Solutions delivered. In addition to the quality work & beautiful finish, I appreciated the fact that the crew was on time, friendly & respectful & the kind of people I was comfortable having in my home & never had to worry about them being there alone.
