Wade Design and Construction did a complete remodel and update of our 40 year old master bathroom. The update included a new custom made vanity, linen closet and updated heated tile floor and custom walk-in shower. Jake, our project manager did an amazing job. The entire project was expertly staged. Jake provided weekly updates and responded instantly to any questions. The worksmanship was outstanding. All phases of the project were professionally done and completed on time. The entire team was courteous, respected our home, showed up on time and cleaned up any debris. We recently completed a large addition over our garage with Wade, and we could not be happier with the result. This was a significant project for our family, adding a primary suite, bathroom, laundry room, and wet bar, and from the beginning we wanted it to feel like a natural extension of our home. We contracted with Wade Design & Construction for a first floor renovation that included a full kitchen remodel, adding a primary suite, creating a powder room and turning a large breezeway into a year round livable space for the home. Wade Design & Construction to the rescue . . . to my great dismay, I discovered a 5-window bow window, wall beneath it, and some basement joists were rotted. Multiple contractors were called -- but Wade won the bid and my trust. They were highly skilled, very professional, thorough, reliable and NICE! It was a challenging project that took multiple weeks of work. It also included replacing inside decorative moldings and millwork and outside copper gutters. During the entire process, I was kept up to date with photos, emails and consistent progress reports. They treated my home with respect and kept it clean and protected throughout the process. The final result is simply excellent! Wade has my gratitude and my 100% unqualified recommendation!

We worked with the Wade team on a fun and unique project that required a lot of detail - finishing a small hidden speakeasy room behind a wall of bookshelves. The Wade team knocked it out of the park, exceeding expectations! From the initial design with Cody and helping us figure out a way to meet the look we were looking for while staying in our budget, to Nic ensuring they get every detail in the 6’ x 12’ space looking perfect. We worked with Wade to do a complete demo and redo of our master bath. From start to finish, the work was exceptional. Emily and Michael really listened to what we requested in the planning phase and the outcome was exactly what we wanted. The painters, tilers, etc. were all high quality and very friendly. Zach kept us apprised each week on progress and we always knew what to expect. If there was an issue, it was resolved easily but there weren’t many. And best of all it was finished on time! I had been wanting to bring laundry to my first floor for several years, but there was no “obvious and easy” place in my home to put it. I talked to many contractors and designers and hadn’t found a solution that wouldn’t have created other issues. Then I talked to Cody who came up with a creative design idea that I hadn’t considered. It was a bit bigger project than I had initially expected, but by moving a wall and relocating a closet we were able to extend an existing bathroom to accommodate the laundry. The end result? It looks like it belongs, like it was meant to be this way. It looks great and I have just as much if not more storage space . Nic did a great job at managing the build team. I always knew who would be here and when. All the Wade guys and subs were friendly and professional… Glad to have this project done but I kinda miss having them around :)

Wade did a beautiful job on a remodel of two bathrooms in our home. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but their communication is absolutely unparalleled. I’ve never experienced anything close with any previous construction or remodeling project. Wade Design just completed our home addition of an office and mudroom. We are very happy with their work. They took great care to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. As a result the whole process was pretty easy. This was our second project using Wade Design and we would happily use them again.

We did a kitchen remodel and dining room built in with wet bar. The Wade company was very good from start to finish with their design, communication and most importantly quality! All of the subcontractors from the demo crew to the electrician, cabinet maker, countertops and painter did great work! AND, despite supply chain issues it was completed within the time they projected! We are very happy!!

We are literally in the middle of a guest bathroom remodel, and, although we obviously haven't seen the finished product, as yet, I can't imagine that we won't be very happy with it. Mike and Cody drew up what seems like a beautiful design, and Cody and Emily were so helpful in helping me pick out materials. Cody, and Scott (the project manager) have been making sure that all runs smoothly, letting me know who will be coming in, when, and making sure that everything is just as it should be when each contractor has finished their portion of the job. We've been very impressed with the work of each of the subcontractors, as well as their attention to detail. Scott checks in with me almost daily, and Cody, too, has called and stopped by to answer any questions, and monitor the work progress. We feel very fortunate to be working with Wade Design, and hope they'll be willing to work with us again, as our 32 year old home definitely needs multiple upgrades!

Mike worked with us through all the phases of our large and somewhat complicated garage addition. He spent a lot of time with us ideating different designs, at various price points, as we tried to find the best solution. He had creative ideas on how to solve design challenges (ie trying to match a new garage to seamlessly match a 1926 Tudor), and suggestions on how to keep costs down. Once the project started, he and his team stayed on schedule and on budget. When COVID delays caused material shortages, he found alternatives that were just as good or even better than the original. His contractors were all very professional and respectful, and did excellent work. The finished garage is just what we wanted! I highly recommend Mike Wade for any project, large and small!

When we started our remodel project we were looking for a contractor that was honest, able to finish the project within the timeframe and that the communication would remain timely with the contractors coming and going as well as design team and project manager. We are happy to say that those objectives were met and sometimes exceeded. We had routine visits from the owners, communication was given if there was a delay, area kept clean and electrical and plumbing was completed with local, well known companies that were reliable and professional. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the bath is stunning! Project cost was as per contract with no surprises. Mike and Kristen were wonderful to work with and we look forward to getting lots of compliments on this project!

Mike Wade is very good at looking at a project and helping the home owner see the finished product and offers alternative ideas for more useable space and dramatic results. I would give 10 stars if I could! Mike transformed the exterior of our house into something that far exceeded our wildest dreams. He and his team took our 70's ranch and brought it to a modern-day gem. He and his team were prompt, courteous, respectful and extremely professional.

Wade Construction did an amazing job remodeling a master bathroom and hall bathroom for us. We were impressed with their attention to detail, communication and design advice. The bathrooms not only met our criteria and expectations, but far exceeded them.

Wade Design & Construction did a complete redesign/renovation of our kitchen. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. They are full service, from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. I was 6 months pregnant when they started our reno which included taking down walls, re-routing HVAC, plumbing and electrical and a complete upgrade. I was so nervous to take on a project during this time, but everything went smooth and they were great at communicating every step of the way. The team is really hands on. They care about what they do and the people they do business with. Project management, subcontractors/partners, and most importantly, the work, is TOP NOTCH.

We hired Wade Design for a kitchen remodel, which kind of turned into a first floor remodel. We couldn't be happier! They opened up our kitchen and made it much more user friendly for our family of five. Great design ideas that we never would have thought of as well as helpful tips along the way. The cramped entry way was opened up by removing unused closets and they also replaced most of the flooring on our main level. Wade Design was great about staying on schedule and on budget. We were impressed with the schedule and management of all of the different subs that were needed. The subs were all friendly, professional and experienced. It is a bit chaotic to live in your home during this much construction, but Wade did a great job of keeping the job site clean and leaving our home as usable as possible. We have had Wade Design & Construction do three projects for us over the last ten plus years. With each project, we put together needs, wants and ideas working within a realistic budget. Customer service was excellent. Moving forward with each project was more organized than the one before making the time frame right on. Of course, with any project, there may be delays. Communication is key. Also, whatever you are doing yourself, be it picking out flooring, marble, painting, etc... We are so happy with WADE Design and Construction. The work they did in our house turned out beautiful. It feels like a brand new home. They were professional, cleaned up the job site daily, communicated well, and always listened to any suggestion we had. We were told it would be about a 6 week project and it was. If the workers were going to come before 8:00 a.m. we were always notified and asked if that would be alright. The remodel of our first floor was a pleasant experience, and if we ever have another remodel job we will hire WADE Design and Construction.

Mike and Kristin and their crack team of contractors delivered a tall order for us. The project was extensive and included a whole-house remodel consisting of removing walls, opening and improving the 1st floor plan, a new state-of-the-art kitchen, remodeling 2.5 baths, an expanded laundry/mudroom, creating a "wall of windows" family room connected to a new knock-out beamed screen porch overlooking the ponds and turning the 2 car garage into 3.5+ car garage/workshop. Mike also added a first floor master bedroom / ensuite bathroom addition (also overlooking pond wildlife) cleverly designed to easily accommodate our 83 year old widowed parent's current and expected future care needs. All was beautifully and thoughtfully done. Our (now 5 bedroom) home's traditional facade belies the new interior high tech bells and whistles. We recently opened our home for a holiday party and our guests put it best by saying the home was "cozy and open at the same time and a great place for a party!"

We received a sunroom remodel by Wade Design and Construction. The Wade staff is professional as well as knowledgeable and friendly! The project was completed in a timely manner and within the budget we talked about. When we needed ideas about different aspects of the room, they were very helpful with options for us to consider. Wade Design did a remodel of our master bath several years ago…and our just recently completed a remodel of our kids’ bathroom. We are SO pleased with the work. They turned the original bathroom into a function bathroom for two growing teens – who need their space and their privacy. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Mike Wade and his subcontractors on the renovation of the main floor of our home. The work included totally remodeling three bathrooms, a kitchen, family room and laundry room, as well as updating four bedrooms, the living room and dining room. When there were parts of the projects that had to be reevaluated or redone, Mike took care of them in a very professional manner.

We did an entire remodel of our second floor which involved moving 11 walls, two brand new full baths, building part of a walkway to go in to new hall bath. We had to move out so timelines were very important to us. Mike Wade and his entire team met every timeline in fact they finished ahead of schedule for us and on budget and the quality of work is gorgeous! Our new marble master bath is quite impressive! We did a complete remodel on a 1970's era ranch and transformed the property into an open and inviting home that we truly love and enjoy. We lived in the home prior to the start of the remodel so we were able to grasp a feel in the house. Mike was able to remove walls that were confining and open up the living area of the home, which is where we spend most of our time. He eliminated doors, walls, soffits, etc. to complement the overall flow in the house. We also worked together to make the property low maintainance and functional space. Once the plans were done, the work continued smoothly, as there were very few, but minor, changes. With the project that we took on, the overall construction went very well, with very few interuptions. We were very pleased.
