I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us and would like to address some of your comments above. In terms of your project, you and your family were given two different fully rendered 3D versions of your project when we typically only provide one. The reason for this was due to the large amount of additions and changes being made on your part. These renderings and presentations were emailed to you during our work together and are also attached below.
You were also given two site visits with myself to go over layout as well as samples which were provided at no cost. Each of these visits exceeded 2 hours in length.
Once you approved the design plans, we proceeded with procuring a contractor and met with 4 at your home, obtained quotes, and sent them to you.
The amount of work your family was looking to do, did not match the budget you had and you asked that we place your project on hold until we found a contractor willing to work within your budget. At that point, you were no longer charged, and we continued to solicit contractors on your behalf at no charge.
Again, I do apologize that you feel you did not get the service you expected however I do assure that you were indeed sent the work you paid for.
I am confused by your change in 5 star review from July 2017. At no point have our office phones become disconnected, and I have always been accessible via cell phone, a contact you had since the start of your project.
We performed a variety of work for you over the course of several months including the supervision of minor changes to your home. We also hired and paid several licensed independent contractors and handymen on your behalf to perform tasks such as altering a misshapen kitchen sink, moving appliances, lighting installation, painting and patching walls etc. Based on your comments above, it seems as though you may have been unhappy with your sub-contractors, rather than the interior design.
The work was estimated, discussed, and approved in advance by you at every step of this process until one day you simply dissapeared, abandoning our work together. I sincerely hope you now have a house you are happy with, and remain accessible by phone if you would like to discuss these matters further.
