I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Werschay Homes on my home renovation. Their team operates with the utmost integrity and their creative insight made communicating my vision easy. As a single working mom, this was a scary project to take on for three main reasons: 1. I had never done a large renovation. I had heard horror stories about builders taking advantage of homeowners by over charging and taking short cuts so I was very nervous going in to it. Their team was completely transparent and thoughtful about pricing even when I decided to increase the size of the project by about 35%. 2. I didn't know when I would find time to make all of the necessary selections. Mollie Werschay followed my Houzz and Pinterest boards and sent me selection ideas via email. The only thing I needed to pick out in person was the flooring. She saved me hours upon hours of time. She was an absolute life saver. 3. The Construction Mess I never experienced the war-zone of mess that my friends and colleagues had warned me about. Brad and his team were clean, organized, and extremely thoughtful about this. I am very grateful for that. I have to give 5 stars to the painter, Randy Graham, and to Randy from Oak Hill Custom Cabinets too. My cabinets and the mill-work are simply beautiful. Werschay Homes did an outstanding job from project conception to completion. They remodeled our main floor and added onto the deck, and we are very happy with the results. We had Werschay Homes build our home in Sartell. We had never built before and were quite uncertain how the whole process would go. We found these folks to be very understanding and helpful as we moved through the whole process. We are so pleased with the home that they built for us. The care and quality of work was at a very high level. The workmen were skilled, considerate and very hardworking. We had definite ideas about how our home would look and function for us, but were unsure if our ideas could be a reality for us.
