Our Weston Dean (WD) expierence was extremely personal. The entire Team at WD set a standard of professionalism that is hard to match. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with some the staff at WD. During these trying times and having our home built during the COVID-19 pandemic the WD staff did not lose sight of the end-state which was to deliver our perfect forever dream home!

When my wife and I decided to finally build our dream home in the Hill Country. The next step was to find a great home builder. We were very fortunate in finding Weston Dean, and we quickly started the process of designing our dream home. Kristen and Shannon were so helpful, we felt like they were part of our family and that they truly cared about creating a home that would exceed our expectations. In the end, they delivered our dream home on time, and on budget and we could not be happier. Now for the important part….what happens after you close and the builders move on? Not the case with Weston Dean. Our General Manager. Kyle has been amazing! As with all new construction, once you move in you may find things that need adjustment. Weston Dean cares, and they have handled every single follow up without hesitation. Kyle has gone above and beyond in ensuring our home ownership experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Choosing Weston Dean to build our families’ dream home was such an enriching experience. From the beginning, once we chose our lot, we contacted Weston Dean. After researching information about the company and looking at their reviews, we knew that we wanted to go with this company for our custom home builder. Cindy immediately responded and met with us on our lot. She walked the lot with us and helped us to see a vision that we had not yet thought about. After several meetings with Cindy, she consistently emphasized how the process worked at Weston Dean, and how they take care of their customers. The customer service was unmatched.

Building a custom home requires a great deal of trust between the buyer and builder. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Weston Dean to any potential home buyer. I was very fortunate to have worked with an incredible team from Weston Dean. Brittney, Kim, and Carl were all truly outstanding. We met weekly as a team to discuss progress and plans. They always made sure I was informed; and they always made sure I was happy with the results. Brittney is an outstanding sales counselor. Kim has a terrific eye for interior design. Carl is a great home builder and really pays attention to details. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. Having Weston Dean build my custom home has been, by far, my best home building experience ever. I am very happy with my new home.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Weston Dean. From start to finish -- they handled every aspect respectfully and professionally. Our sales counselor, Michael, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He listened to our wants and needs and helped us design our dream home that was within our budget. In addition, the designers and project managers we worked with were absolutely incredible. Any issue we had was handled quickly and professionally. Our house turned out better than we even imagined! Everyone who walks into our home asks who the builder was. Weston Dean's quality is unparalleled.

Weston Dean built our home in the $500-600,000 range in Mystic Shores this year and the experience was very positive! We have ever built a home before but it seems progressive to use an intact team throughout the process. Also our expectations and the process was managed in the online BuilderTrend interface, placing information at our fingertips 24-7. The home is high quality and though it is not one of their larger homes, we had their full attention. We highly recommend Weston Dean as a custom builder.

We moved into our Weston Dean Custom Home in May of this year and couldn't be happier with not only the end result but the whole process. We have built two homes in the past and had the usual problems- poor communication, delays, mistakes, etc. We experienced none of that with Weston Dean. Beginning with our first visit to one of their model homes until we moved in and even after our experience was very positive. They never told us they couldn't do what we wanted.. They were very responsive to changes and immediately got us all the information we needed to make a decision whether to proceed with it or not. Before we broke ground on our home we had an exact price and it never changed except when we decided to make a change or add sonething. There were no surprises about the costs at the end. The Builder Trend website they use kept us up to date daily with all the information we needed. Whenever we had a question or concern we contacted our "go to" person and he got us an answer by the end of the day. Our project manager left the company in the middle of the build but Weston Dean stepped in immediately with an experienced manager until a new person was hired. These circumstances were beyond Weston Dean's control but it was handled efficiently with no lost time in the construction. Anya, our designer, was such a huge help to us. We met with her often throughout and she was on top of everything all the way to closing. The whole staff was available to us from the owner on down to help make this a great experience for us. I would highly recommend Weston Dean to anyone wanting to build a custom home.

I was in the market for a complete shop custom home builder as my wife and I were relocating to Texas from the east coast. I came across Weston Dean after being introduced to one of their Sales Associates. From our first conversation I was impressed with the way Weston Dean approached the home building process. Being that I would be 2,000 miles away during the construction, I needed to find someone I could fully trust and depend on. Their website instilled a feeling of a caring family. That's how we felt through the entire process. A builder who not only cared about their end product but treated you as if you were part of their family. After our first meeting and touring some of their model homes and ones under construction, we were thoroughly impressed with the style and quality of the homes Weston Dean was constructing. It was at that time we knew we found the builder to design and construct our home. The great thing about Weston Dean and, what we needed, was a one stop shop. They designed a beautiful functioning home and also have on staff incredible interior designers who helped us with the daunting task of picking out all the colors, styles and fixtures for our new home. The final product exceeded our expectations. From someone who is in the construction business, I was quite aware that with any construction project, there are issues that can and will arise. I was impressed with the way Weston Dean kept us appraised of every step and made sure that we were happy with the end results. They always would go above and beyond to make sure any of our concerns were addressed not only to our satisfaction, but also to their high quality standard. If you are looking for a quality custom builder who will take you from start to finish and will make sure that you have the highest quality home, then you should look into Weston Dean. They provided us with the dream home we wanted!!

Weston Dean did a great job building our home. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a custom home. We particularly liked their process and program for designing our home, staying within our budget, and giving us exactly what we wanted. With any new build there are glitches and hiccups along with the way but Weston Dean did a great job assuring us that things would be taken care of, helping us to feel more comfortable with the process. Can’t say enough of Weston Dean. It’s was rocky at times but like anything with communication and team work they followed through with the promise of giving us a beautiful home. They are very professional and I highly recommend them to build your dream home.

We built our new home with WD. Although the initial process was smooth they had a documented process that helped us to choose them as our builder, however this process was not followed. In the end we had 30+ items still on our list including an awning the was part of the plans from day one. We are 10 days post move in and still do not have resolution to unresolved items or a communicated plan to resolve them. Many corporate changes made during our build process with them and the Customer Service to us suffered as a result with no one at the management level taking responsibility. The home shows very nice but still many things that any builder should not be proud of. Follow Up - Bryan called me today directly to discuss my concerns, it shows true concern for the product delivered. I was reassured after our call that Bryan will ensure changes he has put in place are adhered to so that customers will have a great experience with WD. We have been working with Weston Dean since January of this year. They have worked closely with us to bring about the design and now building of our custom home that has been in our mind and dreams for over 30 years. We found that all the team members have listened closely to what we were saying and have worked to put to paper what we have wanted and planned for these many years. We have interviewed and talked to many builders before we decided to build with Weston Dean. The budget has been very transparent the whole time and they have all worked with us to keep us on track. Of course, there have been a few problems that have come up, and they have been diligent in helping resolve those issues as they occurred. Our construction is moving along very well and on schedule. We are very satisfied with their performance and would recommend them without reservation.
