White Label Homes

White Label were great to work with, from the very first planning meetings to the final touch up and close out of the project. As owner's of a hundred plus year old house, we had a very specific vision for a modern kitchen that would still retain elements of the original character, and White Label executed our vision perfectly. We really appreciated how easy it was to work with White Label throughout the project, especially when our character house presented unexpected challenges or required custom solutions and specialty craftsmanship to match existing details.

We hired White Label homes to totally renovate our newly purchased home. We took possession April 12 and were moved in Sept 9. The renovation included the complete removal of the basement including the concrete floor so new plumbing, weeping tile and sump pit could be installed. Kitchen was completely removed. Second floor maids room was turned into an ensuite. All washrooms were completely remodelled. All floors were sanded and re-stained. New electrical, plumbing and heating were installed throughout. New wood burning insert installed utilizing the existing fireplace opening and chimney. New custom windows to match existing. The house was classified as a new 2017 build by the insurance company as the Reno’s were so extensive and well done. The house was completely re-insulated, attic and basement were Spray foamed. Daniel was a great project manager and very attentive to details. The site foreman Marian was and is one of the hardest working and best craftsman I have worked with in my 32 years of on site construction experience. I would not hesitate to hire White Label Homes again. Thanks again Daniel, Marian and all the sub-trades that met our tight scheduling. I am a very hard customer to please and they exceeded our expectations.

White Label Homes did a wonderful job updating our rec room. I cannot say enough about the quality, attention to detail and customer service that we experienced. To top it off, the project was completed in record time and did not drag on for months as had been some of my friend's experiences with their home renovations. Our experience with White Label Homes has been exceptional on our total home renovation and expansion. Our relationship with Daniel Melendez, the project manager; and Jared Neufeld and Marian Kukielka, the on-site project managers have been beyond a business relationship. Daniel has delivered on both schedule and budget. In addition, we were continually consulted by Daniel, Jared and Marian with every decision or issue that can arise when renovating or expanding. All work was done with high quality materials and they always cleaned up after themselves, both in and outside of our home. We found the level of respect phenomenal, from everyone from White Label Homes, and this extended to our neighbors. Daniel, Jared and Marian made themselves available to us every day, evening and weekend. They were always open to all our questions and concerns. Not only has White Label Homes met our expectations, but they exceeded them on every level. Daniel is forward thinking and very knowledgeable regarding current and upcoming trends and designs. Suggestions continued as the construction took place. Both Jared and Marian have old world craftsmen abilities. They are very experienced and resourceful. Regarding the internal work, exceptional care was taken to ensure no damage was done to any existing design, furnishings, and structures. Protective covers and barricades were paramount to ensure safety and protection for ourselves and our dog. As the project continued to the external work, which includes expanding our home, front entrance, refacing the exterior design, replacing all windows and doors, and complete new deck and landscaping of the property was done with care, professional expertise and sound, sturdy construction. Based on our past history and experience over the years with White Label Homes, we continue to expand and renovate with peace of mind and outstanding satisfaction. My wife and I retained White Label Homes to finish our basement. Our project team of Daniel, Jared, Marian and their crew of workers did a fantastic job of supporting us throughout every step of the process. Daniel provided great design advice and information along the way, Jared helped us navigate several challenging aspects of the framing and build and Marian was an excellent painter, finisher and all around pro. Our project involved completely gutting our basement down to the foundation walls along with a couple of additional side-projects and the entire process was handled superbly. Our family feels blessed to have met and worked with these folks and we are looking forward to many years of wonderful family memories in our newly finished basement. Bravo and thank you guys.

White label homes helped us with the renovation of our 1955 bungalow and coordinated everything we needed from electrical, millwork, painting and finishing work. The site supervisor did a great job keeping us in the loop and helping us understand what our choices and results would be. The finishing work is beautiful and they understood well the style we wanted to achieve. Would definitely recommend for a clean aesthetic and professional work.
