Chris and his guys were extremely professional and gave us an amazing finished product. They reconstructed our whole downstairs (kitchen, bathroom, two living rooms and an office) after we had major flood damage. The timeline that Chris originally gave us was better than other bids we received and they even surpassed the lofty original timeline and got us into our house in time for Christmas. I would (and have) highly recommend Chris and company to family, friends or anyone and will most certainly be using them in the future for a bathroom remodel in our upstairs.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job on our 35x35ft. covered patio which included open timber framing, full outdoor kitchen/bar, and a large fireplace. Exceptional quality and allowed us to work closely with the team in every phase of the project. We would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

We bought a 1960’s 3200 sq. ft. fixer upper and Williams Contracting has made our visions a reality. When meeting with Chris for the first time he listened to our needs as homeowners, was upfront about realistic expectations for our budget. He helped us to prioritize the remodel in phases that was not only convenient for us, but practical in a monetary sense. Because of a bumpy financial situation our project was delayed. Chris continued to be helpful and understanding during the process. At times we needed paperwork, and then more paperwork and then new paperwork. He always got us what we needed to move the process forward. Once our project started he worked with us to cut costs, add where the value was and walked us through each step of the process. As it would happen to any remodel of an old home, there were challenges. Some of these challenges we were made aware of, but for most, Chris and his crew solved them with minimal added cost and with outstanding results. At one point there was a difficult situation and Chris handled it with professionalism, care for the homeowner and with expertise. I have continuously been very impressed with his customer care. Not only is there great customer care but the workmanship is outstanding. Our 1960’s kitchen, dining, entry and living room is now a modern, beautiful area to entertain and relax. Walls were taken down, new beams put in, a massive fireplace and chimney demoed; the main living space and kitchen completely gutted. Now, from the glass backsplash, massive walk-in pantry, large custom island, double ovens, dry bar, desk area, indoor/outdoor fireplace, granite counters, and hardwood floors, no detail was left out. I have received so many compliments just on the beautiful way the hardwood floor was laid. One of my favorite features is the custom banister that was made for the project. He was able to take my vision and execute it with precision. We still have another phase of the remodel to do and we will definitely be using Williams Contracting. By using Williams Contracting I know I will be listened to, respected, and have a home that was remodel with incredible quality and expert craftsmanship.

Having the desire to remodel our kitchen, we were fortunate to see a friend’s home remodel and were very impressed with the quality of work that was performed. It was then when we learned of Williams Contracting. Chris Williams is a true professional and worked closely with us to get the effect we were seeking. He uses quality materials and his work crews were hard working, professional, and excellent at cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. Chris pays much attention to detail, has the ability to think outside the box and was able to conquer any challenge that arose during the remodeling process. Not once have we had to call Chris to correct any problems or perform any touch-up work. The work Chris and his crew performed is top notch and worth every dollar. We have received many compliments on our remodeled kitchen from family and friends alike and highly recommend Williams Contracting.

We were very pleased with Williams Contracting. Chris and his crew were great to work with. This was our first remodeling project using a contractor to manage the entire job including selecting subs, etc. We learned some things and we are extremely happy with finishes. They communicated with us well, the schedule was timely and the completion and costs were very satisfactory.

I put Williams Contracting in a tough place. Restoring, renovating, and adding an addition to a 1930's farm house, is a big task. I started with a small framing contract which I eventually expanded to include siding, exterior trim, interior shiplap wall finishes, interior trim, cabinet install, and miscellaneous wood work. Just about everything wooden in the house I ended up using Williams for, and almost all subcontractors he recommended ended up being selected. Chris and his employees, particularly Lucas, are not only excellent craftsman with a high attention to detail, but they are a pleasure to work with. Ive never written an online review, but since I found Williams Contracting online, and am so impressed with their work, I felt compelled to spread the word!

Williams Contracting, Inc., in Olympia, WA, built an addition to our home from April through September 2016, totally renovating our home with new heating and heat pump, duct work and vapor barrier, gutters and downspouts, and exterior paint. Chris Williams and his team were a joy to work with, honest and practical, with care for craftsmanship and quality materials, choosing excellent subcontracters, and he was always open to our many questions and available by text or phone. We couldn't have been happier and we recommend his company with no reservations. Chris Williams came out to give me an estimate several years ago. Right away, I noted that he had the most professional appearance of all the contractors that came to give me estimates on my deck. His estimate wasn't the lowest, and unfortunately I went with another contractor who ended up screwing me and running away with my money. Once I recovered the money (via a lawsuit), I gave Chris Williams a call and he still had my estimate in his files from nearly a year prior. He agreed to update his bid, and once we got through the extensive permitting process for my multi-level deck build, Chris and his team got to work. The quality of his work was excellent, and led me to hire him for several other smaller projects around my home. The only small complaints that I noted was that Chris is sometimes slow to respond to communication by e-mail or text and it can take several weeks before he is able to fit an estimate in. Once the ball is rolling on a project though, he's good about updating owners on the status. I have extensive projects planned for our home in the coming year and will definitely be looking towards Williams Contracting for my contracting needs.

Best contractor I have had in my home. Chris is very courteous and very easy to work with. He communicates at the end of each day and is always making sure every detail is covered. Have had a few minor adjustment issues a few months after the completion and he was out the next day! We even trust Chris and his team without us being home. That is BIG in our trust!

Chris is great at getting the job done quickly and excellently all the while communicating clearly through out the job proccess.
