We are incredibly happy with our decision to choose Wilson Homes for our home renovation. Rob and his trades completely transformed our space and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Rob was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He was friendly, responsive, budget conscious, flexible and had great suggestions whenever we had questions. Rob and his team were excellent to deal with. For me it was about the technical experience and craftsmanship each trade brought with them. For my lovely wife it was about reassurance that the job was being done by excellent and trustworthy professional trades! Rob was the reassurance that was needed in every aspect of the job! Our renovation went on time, almost on budget but that's my wife doing here best to perfect the space, and always showing up when they said they would. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out amazing, functional and above our expectations! We now have a place that we can be proud to host family events and do it easily! Rob is well suited for this role with his expertise, with a large family of children we lived in and through the renovation quite well. Rob was instrumental in facilitating the schedules, paving over the bumps and ensuring that my wife was very pleased with the results! We hired Wilson Homes to do 2 projects. The basement in 2016 and the top 2 floors in 2019. We are very please . The trades were professional and respectful. Communication was amazing. Rob has a really great team. The project was also finishing in a timely manner and on Budjet. We would definitely work with Rob’s team again.

Wilson Homes We recently had an addition added to our home to increase the size of our master bedroom . This included an increase to the size of our main bathroom , a new en-suite / laundry room and a marvellous walk- in closet. This renovation was done to make life easier for us , as life goes on . We had three contractors recommended to us by friends and also recommendations from the Calgary Home Show. When Rob came to our home we knew immediately that he was the one we would hire as he was easy to discuss our plans with . Rob was very open and upfront with every aspect of the renovation and had some very good suggestions for us to think about . He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what we wanted. Through the entire process he went out of his way to meet our needs. His timelines and budget where followed throughout the building of our addition. Before any work was started he took steps to protect the condition of our home from any damage during the reno .The sub trades he supplied were excellent at every stage of the project and their work was top end and CLEAN . Everyday each worker cleaned before leaving and once the reno was completed a professional crew came in and cleaned thoroughly . The finished 450 sq foot addition is everything we wanted and we are extremely pleased with his work. We are a couple who hired Wilson Homes to fully renovate the main floor of our 15-year old bungalow while we lived in the lower level. One of us is a retired project manager and the other had a specific vision of what the finished product should be. Since we were living on-site we were able to view the work continuously. Because of all this, we knew we might be demanding clients for Rob, but the renovation went extremely well. Rob is knowledgeable, energetic, patient and good-natured so we got along with him very well. His preferred subcontractors are highly skilled and have a great working relationship with Rob. Rob was the most knowledgeable of the other contractors who quoted, so we awarded him the contract. He was very thorough and kept us informed through every step of the re-modeling.

We renovated our entire bungalow with Wilson Homes and it was an exiting and fantastic experience. Rob Wilson is an engaged contractor and puts satisfaction of his clients first. We were always engaged on all questions no matter how small or big. Wilson Homes did a condominium renovation for me that started July 7, 2017 and I moved in September 3, 2017. From the beginning, Rob was transparent, organized, always returned my calls as quickly as possible, positive and reliable.He did what he said he would and when he made a mistake there was never a moment`s hesitation about fixing it.He gave me a day by day schedule of the work that was to be done each day, ahead of time,which I found most helpful.His invoices always included copies of receipts for everything he purchased for my job. His trades did excellent work and the overall quality was superior. Earlier this year we decided we had to move into a condo, we sold our house and thought we had done the hard part. Were we wrong. We couldn't find a place suitable for a person confined to a wheel chair. Finally we decided to buy a condo which needed some renovation and hire a designer and general contractor to renovate it for us. We are very grateful to Rob at Wilson Homes and Lindsay at Lindsay O Creative for their hard work making our condo a wonderful home for us.

We met Rob Wilson at the Calgary Home & Design Show and after considering a number of contractors for our project, we selected Wilson Homes. We are very glad that we made that choice. Our kitchen needed a new layout to be more efficient and we also needed repairs related to water intrusion around certain main floor windows. Once the windows were replaced and the exterior thoroughly repaired, we progressed with the interior kitchen renovation. The kitchen reno was not a simple cabinet replacement since the sink and dishwasher were to be moved so plumbing and electrical were significantly affected. All main floor flooring was also replaced. Rob led the process throughout the exterior and interior work. He was very attentive to all aspects of the project from the initial quote to budget management to design, demolition, construction, and final touch-ups. His teams of sub-contractors and trades were first rate: knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Rob kept us well-informed and advised. With his timely work-site supervision and his upbeat manner, he gave us confidence that any hurdles (inevitably there will be some in a larger renovation project) would be overcome. We have been so pleased with the results, that we have recommended Wilson Homes to family who have been similarly very happy with Rob’s work. We highly recommend Rob and his company, Wilson Homes.

Over the past year I have had the pleasure of working with Wilson Homes on numerous occasions. I have a small electrical company and work with may different contractors and must say that it is always a please working with Wilson Homes. A few examples of the work we have done are: Bathroom renovations, Kitchen renovations, New additions, relocations of incoming services and complete remodels. The overall quality I see in all his trades people is top notch. The designs and layouts that Wilson Homes and the designer are always very modern and bring a fantastic fresh feeling to the completed projects. We recently completed a kitchen/living room renovation thanks to Rob Wilson and Wilson Homes. This is the third time we have worked with Rob and in each case we have been completely thrilled with the result! Rob and his team are knowledgeable, approachable, professional, and helpful. We hired Rob to take us through a renovation of our 55 year old Lakeview home. We wanted to move to an open concept. Rob took extra time to introduce us to similar projects he was working on, talk about the importance of retaining the character of our 1300 sq ft bungalow and be realistic with our budget. His relationship with his trades was most impressive. He provided timelines and stuck to them , was on site every day, was clear in communications and listened to what we wanted out of the project. Rob worked hard to get value at every step and we very much enjoyed his team approach. It has exceeded our expectations. We love it!

A two phase basement post flood renovation; phase one included sub drain, footings, basement floor (1913 home). Phase two; the reconstruction of two bedrooms, bathroom with steam shower, media room with built in cabinets. Special features included epoxy coated concrete floor and understair built in cabinets. We are very happy with the outcome. Rob Wilson is dependable, very client focused, made sure we got what we wanted. He demanded quality from the trades. Cost and schedule conscious (final cost 4% under approved budget).

Hired for kitchen and basement renovations. Rob Wilson as front person for Wilson Homes is honest, attentive, and enthusiastic. He's a great guy to deal with, and he has good design ideas and advice. The projects were completed on time and on budget. Wilson Homes took responsibility for a few small glitches and corrected them without added cost, and we are happy with the final results.

I hired Wilson Homes to complete full interior and exterior renovation of an older home and had ambitious expectations on the timeline. They delivered in every aspect someone could expect. The trades and suppliers were very professional, clean, timely and cost effective while Wilson Homes was excellent at communicating schedule and progress. All changes encountered (as expected with a 50 year old home) were presented in a clear manner with expectations of costs and added value, which made decisions easy. I was most impressed with how quickly everything was done and seems to be much quicker than any of my friends renovations in recent memory.
