We had a very extensive Kitchen remodel that was done by Woodcliff Builders. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Joey, Nina, John, Luis, Abraham, and the rest of the team did a great job. It was very easy to work with Joey and Nina and they were extremely resilient with us when new ideas came up that generated some changes through the course of the project. I found them to be highly competitive in terms of cost and time to complete the project. We would use them again for future projects.

At Aerial Canvas, we have worked on several projects with Woodcliff Builders - to capture their final product on photo and video. We are always impressed with the quality of their work, their organization, and their level of professional. We especially enjoy working with Nina who's always a pleasure to speak with. As a photography, video and media company, we see many real estate projects on a daily basis. And it is clear Woodcliff Builders is definitely one of the top builders and remodeling company in the SF Bay Area.

Woodcliff Builders exceeded our expectations. We hired them to coordinate design, pull permits and build our dining room addition. The whole process was smooth from estimate through closeout. Woodcliff's self perform crews were professional and accommodating of us living in the house while the project was going on. Their subcontractors were friendly and did a great job. Alfonso went the extra mile to keep the job site tidy and had a great relationship with the San Jose inspectors which helped them to beat the project schedule. We will call Woodcliff Builders next time we have a major project!

Joey and his entire team are amazing. They were so easy to work with from start to finish. Everything we designed came out better than I could have imagined and we were so thankful that they were able to finish early so that we could spend Christmas in our beautiful remodeled home. I highly recommend Woodcliff and will definitely use them again in the future!

I can't begin to explain how happy I am with Woodcliff. Our bathroom remodel turned out better than expected. The crew at Woodcliff are professional, courteous, and take pride in their work. They finished ahead of schedule and right around the original bid price. If that wasn't enough, the guys even worked around my infant's nap schedule to make sure they worn't making too much noise. I have already recommended them to several friends and family!

Joey, came in and did a wonderful job! He and his crew were always on time, professional, and cleaned up after every visit!!!!! We will use them for all projects in the future.

I enjoyed having Joey and his crew working on our house. We remodeled half our house, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including the master bathroom. We stripped it to the studs and reconfigured the layout for them. Joey is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He worked with us through the whole process and kept us updated every step of the way. Whenever something couldn't get done something else would be worked on instead, there was rarely any lull in time on the project. Even when we added additional work after the project was established he was very quick to provide estimates and get someone out to do the work once established. I will definitely hire Joey again when working on the house.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Woodcliff Builders last Summer and I want to share my honest appreciation for Joey and his people for the wonderful job they had done. It was a major construction including moving exterior wall and some structural changes. Being a designer myself and pushing for some not always typical ideas I was never discouraged from and talked out of my vision. I could always count though on an honest opinion and great input. The quality of job as well as smooth delivery of it was more than I was counting on. I highly recommend this contractor!

We used Woodcliff builders to make our home remodel dreams come true...Joey and his staff did not disappoint. We remodeled our kitchen, living room, two and a half bathrooms and our outside exterior. During the process Woodcliff Builders were reliable, safe, clean and organized. The process was very smooth and during a few minor adaptations (on our part) his crew was flexible. Quite frankly our kitchen before was not only embarrassing but very unpleasant to work in. Now we practically say everyday how much we love our kitchen. We can say the same about our bathrooms. The subcontractors Woodcliff works with are excellent and professional too. I feel we received our monies worth and our home's value has increased tremendously. Even my father, a retired contractor was impressed with Woodcliff's quality of work. They know all the latest style's and were knowledgeable about installing a Wolf ventilation system on our roof! We are so happy with the results and would highly recommend Joey and him team at Woodcliff Builders!

Excellent job, we love our remodel. Crew was great too. Check out the pics. Joey was very helpful and accommodating. Always willing to make changes if necessary. We LOVE our new kitchen, all new hardwood floors, new doors, new lighting, and new electrical wiring.

We used Woodcliff builders (Joey Kochanski) to do our kitchen remodel in February/March of 2016. Joey and his crew were great. My wife stays at home with our kids, and was very comfortable with Joey's two main workers - Alfonso and Abraham - working in our house. They were friendly, professional, did great work, and were thorough in their clean up. Specifically they demo'd our previous kitchen while keeping the cabinets and countertops in tact so that I was able to sell them. They installed our custom cabinets, re-plumbed our island, and did pretty extensive electrical work to install under cabinet lights, new ceiling can lights, and move some outlets. There were a couple small things we wanted to be tweaked - I have a terrible eye for detail - and Joey was very understanding and came back out in short notice to fix to our liking. I shopped around to a few different contractors, and was very happy with the quality of work, responsiveness, cleanliness, flexibility, and fair prices of Woodcliff Builders

Joey and his crew did an excellent job for us. Working with somewhat sketchy plans from the designer, we were able to customize the construction in real time to meet the desires of my wife and me. This required some re-work here and there but Joey worked with us and did what was necessary. Since then, we have received many complements on the work that was done and we are very pleased.
