We originally hired COREY and his Company WOODLOAND CONTRACTING to replace our roof. He did such an amazing job we asked him to do some other renovations. Corey works very hard, fast and strives for PERFECTION. The roof job turned into a complete overhaul of our ENSUITE (a new shower stall completely retiled including ceiling, doors, LED lights, new tiled floor, etc.) Following this was a make-over for our main bathroom, ie. new glass shower door, tiled floor and back splash as well as new lighting, etc. In addition we had him retile our front entrance and kitchen back splash. We also had our firelplace redone with tiles, etc. Corey and his company do everything from Roofing; Landscaping; Additions; Decks; Rec Rooms, etc. He has 2 employees, DAVE and COLIN, who are also super young men. The three of them have known each other since High School and make a Great Team! Corey and his Company Woodland Contracting are LICENSED and INSURED. He is very up-to-date on WHAT'S IN AND WHAT'S POPULAR in TODAY'S NEW HOMES. He and his Company are TRULY PROFESSIONAL. We had a very good experience with Woodland Contracting and would highly recommend them for your next home renovation project. They helped us renovate an entire wing of our house and were key to helping us not only update it aesthetically, but more importantly to take underutilized space and make it functional for our needs. This included renovation of a hallway (into a mudroom), an office (into a walk-in dressing room), complete renovation of a master bath, and renovation of a master bedroom. What sets them apart are several things: 1) They were the only contractor we got quotes from who also was working with an interior designer (this helped us immensely with the design of our space as we took the wing down to the studs and allowed us to created new walls/flow); 2) Extremely responsive (both Tripp and Jay are super responsive and excel at communication) 3) Project Management- Jay- the project manager -is a superstar. Anytime we needed help with something or had a question he was always available to help. Went above and beyond several times. 4) Flexible during the planning/design process (we spent a lot of time figuring out the design/materials and they always worked hard to accommodate project changes and helping us to understand cost changes); 5) Professionalism (inevitably during every construction project there will be unexpected turns, but they truly are focused on pleasing the client, explaining things, and receptive to answering any/all questions); 6) Trust - there were several periods where we were away from our home during the renovation and never once did we have any concerns about Woodland Contracting or their subcontractors working in our home without us there); 7) Workmanship warranty-- post-construction- after living in the space awhile- we asked them to fix a door catch and to adjust the shower water temperature. They immediately came by and made the fixes at no additional cost. Having previously worked with several home contractors (who were not as good), Woodland Contracting will provide you a beautiful result with half the stress that comes with a home renovation.

I hired Woodland to renovate my nephew's house. Since I live in NJ I needed someone that would handle the job without supervision. Woodland Contracting did EVERYTHING that a G.C. should. The provided an accurate proposal for a small fee (Beware of free estimates as they are worth just that; nothing!), managed all trades involved, and most importantly provided cost effective solutions when change orders arrived. Woodland Contracting handled my renovation from start to finish. The owner Tripp is intelligent, organized, has exceptional design/building ideas and is a nice person who earned our trust and respect. Tripp and his team renovated my home in Wellesley, MA. It included expansion, new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, electric, heating and A/C. He is a pro! The job came in on time, on budget and it was done perfectly. I would give Woodland Contacting my highest recommendation with no reservation.

I had a very positive experience with Tripp Woodland. I hired Tripp to build a laundry-room and detached garage which would compliment my antique home. Tripp provided a detailed quote and payment summary plan, which was adhered to as the project advanced. I knew how much was owed, and when, which made planning great with no surprises in cost. Additional inquiries and add-ons were discussed before quoted, with no pressure to complete after receiving a quote. I saw Tripp frequently throughout the project, and he spent extra time working out some unique requests I had. Tripp also sent (at least) weekly emails updating me, accurately, with what to expect the upcoming week. Tripp allowed me to make purchases on my own and gave me adequate time for ordering and delivery so that my project stayed on track. He worked with reclaimed wood and doors, an antique sink, and hand hewn beams respectfully; knowing they were important to me to have and calmly troubleshooted so my "vision" became a reality. He was always polite and professional. I highly recommend Tripp.

I hired Woodland Contracting to completely refurbish a 1920's Cape Cod beach bungalow. The project was a full spectrum of new construction, custom build & refurbishment. We chose the property because of its location and old Cape Cod feel ... unfortunately it had fallen into desperate disrepair and needed a massive amount of work. Whomever we chose for the work was going to need a creative and versatile skill set. We could not have hired a better company. Tripp and his team were outstanding from the start to finish. Because of the nature and scope of the project, Tripp was asked constantly to go above and beyond the already daunting task of managing a construction build. He gave me and my wife constant advise on what direction to take the custom work. He brought in an excellent team of subs that were always professional and clearly had been briefed on what we were trying to accomplish with the project. The team was dedicated and on several occasions worked through some very difficult New England weather. The project was completed in the early Spring of 2014. My wife, daughter and I were able to spend the Summer of 2014 & 2015 in the house .... Every time we walk in/around the house, we are delighted with the care and precision that went in the project. We have had a constant flow of neighbors and annual renters that have asked us who did the work on the house due to the incredible transformation. I would give Tripp and Woodland Construction my highest recommendation ... wonderful team that simply perform and produce excellent results.

Tripp was instrumental in turning our dated, closed-in house into a functional, beautiful, open home. It was almost a complete gut renovation, with much of the structure brought down to the studs, as well as adding a full dormer to the back of the second floor. Tripp was always professional and organized, and kept in close contact about progress, which were all extremely helpful as we navigated this huge, intimidating project for the first time. We love the result and continue to receive compliments. We have recommended Woodland Contracting to many other people.

Woodland contracting added a master bedroom, bathroom and moved laundry upstairs on our house. Tripp did a wonderful job. As with any construction there were lots of unexpected issues relating to the town and condition of our older house. These were all dealt with in a professional manner and the final result is amazing. There were also many small details that were considered such as location of switches, plumbing fixtures and heating vents that I would never have considered and in hindsight make a huge difference. We really LOVE the addition. The bathroom is great and we love having so much more space. I also love my laundry space. My whole family has been really enjoying the new space.

Tripp had the task of doing a partial remodel of my kitchen which was last done in 1960! This was made more difficult because Tripp had to work within the parameters of my built in appliances which needed to be replaced without changing the sizes of the original ones. They are smaller then most that are sold now however he managed to find replacements and was able to install new counter tops without disrupting the original layout. He worked within my budget and the project was done on time. I was very pleased with all the professionals who worked on the project; electricians, plumbers and carpenters and the respect they showed for my home.
