Xced Design Build

I had done one prior apartment rehab hiring a "one man band" contractor with a van of tools and the experience was a nightmare. For the 2nd one I was looking for a much more professional experience and that is what I got with Xced. Gary and Chelsea are excellent and both worked with my budget in order to make the project happen. They provided a full detailed proposal with plans and pictures as well as a clearly worded contract with deadlines. Weekly communication was superb and I now have a fully renovated rental with a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a fresh finish all around. Thanks guys, will work with again.
