XPand Inc. was an amazing company to work with. Everything was done as promised, always high quality in products, workmanship, timeliness and care. Andy Gansmoe is the best contractor I have ever hired, and I endorse him and his company with confidence. When I realized I needed additional work done, Andy came through every time quickly and cheerfully.

One word describes Xpand,Inc. PROFESSIONAL. We found them through the Houzz website which would be a tribute in itself. They were easy to work with and the tile, plumbing, and electric people they brought in were artists in their field. Andy, Jake, Matt, Rick, Roma, you know who you are. Xpand met the estimate and finished on time as promised. We love our newly remodeled master bath with the curbless shower.

We chose Xpand to build our lake home in 2015. It was our first-ever experience building, which was a bit scary, but the Xpand Inc. team helped us every step along the way. We are very happy with their high quality work and are pleased to continue friendships with the Xpand team.

The quality of work was very good. There were some delays along the way that caused a lull of work for 3 weeks in the middle of the project. Outside of that, very happy with the work and I would hire them again.

Andy and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with on our total home remodel. They did framing, trim carpentry and cement work for us in addition to giving me a lot of advice which I greatly appreciated as a first time GC. Their response time was quicker by far than anyone else we worked with on this project. In addition to delivering high quality work on time, Andy and his crew are good, honest people who are pleasant to be around. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Jess and his team are first rate. All projects have been professional, on time, and very high quality. We have had them do multiple large projects the past couple years, and will be working with them again this fall.

Everyone that we dealt with from Xpand was very professional and we always felt comfortable that they were looking out for us and trying to help us get what we wanted out of our project.

The job was well done. The cleanup was done nicely. They did extra work. putting on flashing and a board that was bad.

We met Jess in early 2016 on the Parade of Homes and were very impressed with him on our first meeting. He took the time to meet with us at our lot and confirmed he could build the house we wanted on our lot. It was a fully custom home that we designed with the help of Jess and his architect. We were very impressed with the overall building process, meeting the building schedule and budget, the quality of workmanship and follow-up care with us after completion. Jess (Homes of Xcellence) has assembled a very good and knowledgeable team to work with including his Project Manger, Design Coordinator and his sub-contractors. I would highly recommend Homes of Xcellence.

Xpand, Inc built our home while we acted as the GC and they were excellent to work with. They did quality work, were easy to work with, returned calls/emails very timely, addressed any concerns we had immediately, and were on time with their schedule. They made things go very smoothly and we would recommend anyone looking for any project or a whole new home to use Xpand.

If you're looking for craftsmen with a strong attention to detail and customer oriented attitude - then Xpand is who you want to hire. We redid our rec room after a flood. It was a floor to ceiling job. It wasn't the biggest job Xpand was doing... I'm sure... but they still paid close attention to it... and did an amazing job. We did a custom fireplace that they built ground up - came out great! The painting they did on the doors and the fireplace... truly amazing stuff. Their sub on the painting was really just beyond words in terms of how good he was... and Xpand's carpenters who built the fireplace and laid the rock around it - again - all amazing stuff done to an exceptional level of care and quality. But that's the type of thing you always hear right? How awesome the company is... blah blah... what people really want to know is - what happens when things AREN'T perfect... Let me tell you, we had some issues... but, I even when things didn't go perfect out of the gate... this company was honest, fair, and that's really unusual in this business in my experience. Everyone promises you everything ... and when it hits the skids... that's when things always go sideways. Well... we had problems in our project... a miscommunication between us and Xpand... and work had to be altered... and Xpand was very professional and worked through them with us... and everyone was happy... really quite above board... We had problems with our carpet AFTER they were done - it started coming apart six months later... and Xpand still worked with us and listened to us and resolved it with their vendor on our behalf. Quite frankly - they're unlike any contractors I've ever worked with... truly. They took the time... they are a great bunch of guys to work with... and I'd hire them again without a second of hesitation. Their vendors are solid... the craftsmanship is really high... and Andy runs a tight team that meets deadlines and price. I'd recommend them to anyone. Honest, hardworking, and high craftsmanship... what more really can you ask for?
