This is the premise that Yesterday’s HomeBuilders was born from. In 2004, Brandon Chartrey began YHB with the idea that people deserved classically designed homes that would be standing straight and proud for generations. YHB designs and builds homes with a focus on the way families live and to use space efficiently within a small foot print. Yesterday’s HomeBuilders takes care in building one to two homes per year. YHB works on remodels and renovations throughout the year. The crew at YHB is responsible for framing the homes as master carpenters do, specializing in hand-cut roofs. The crew takes the home from start to finish as they are also responsible for the trim, wood and tile flooring, stone work, and more. Look closely at the beautiful finish work in a YHB home and know that the same attention to detail that is apparent in the trim is hidden beneath in the framing.
