“Lori did an amazing job on our huge project of remodeling a 1920 farmhouse that had addtions added over the decades. The home needed a complete overhall including complex redesign of a exterior porch with multiple roof lines tying in, turning it into a beautiful vaulted expanded kitchen that totally transformed the kitchen from dated and crowded into a luxurious kitchen and eating area everyone is impressed by! She took the time to understand our wishes and tastes, and TOGETHER we visited ALL the design stores and we picked out all the specific tile, paint , roofing, flooring, fixitures, cabinets etc etc for the home. This was a year long project with the home being stripped down to studs, moving walls to reconfigure rooms, installing all new plumbing and wiring, adding new windows and porches and SO much more! She made everythig SO much easier for us with her years of experience and her talent for design. Just a super trustorthy person to work with when it comes to designing spaces for both form and functon!!! Thanks so very much Lori!!!”

“We worked with Hagan Architects to plan the renovation of our 1920s-era bungalow, adding a second story and re-designing the first floor to make better use of the existing space. We interviewed several firms, and I can echo the comments of other reviewers that Tim Hagan and Amy Higgins understood what we wanted better than anyone else we talked to. We needed an architect that (a) could create a design that would double the square footage of our home while staying true to the look and feel of the other homes in our neighborhood, and (b) had the technical expertise to plan every detail from the bottom up. Throughout the process, Hagan Architects provided invaluable guidance that enabled us to make well-informed and confident choices. We were on a very tight budget, which they took into consideration in every element of the design, proposing solutions that were both elegant and cost effective. I am nothing less than thrilled with the home they created for us, and it came in on budget. They were delightful to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone.”
