“They finished two weeks ahead of schedule!! The work was done exactly as projected, there were no surprises or cost overruns. NECD has a very friendly staff, patient and courteous. We have a dog which they even took care of when we left for a two-day vacation. The cleaned up at the end of each day and after the job was completed, had a professional cleaning crew come in. Every evening they discussed and pointed out what was accomplished during the day and told me about the plans for the next day. We have worked with other contractors and these were nightmare experiences. They did not show up when they said they would and disappeared for days at a time. These guys were like clockwork- here at 8:00am and worked until at least 6:00pm or later! They were very considerate about the home and made it as painless an experience as possible. The overall experience went far more smoothly than we could have expected from NEDC. We could not have asked for more. They are a professional crew and hope for great success for them in the future”
