Although we love our home, it was too cold in the winter and too warm in the summer, and our utility bills were high. They upgraded our attic insulation, air sealed our attic, installed wall insulation, sealed our existing duct work, installed LowE insulation in our crawlspace, air sealed the old craftsman wood windows, and installed a high efficiency tankless water heater. They did a highly professional job. All the Harding Construction workers were very knowledgeable about everything related to energy efficiency and always courteous, prompt, and hardworking. Their work resulted in a much more comfortable home, with lower energy bills. Wes worked very hard to ensure that we met all the city historical requirements and were eligible for all of available rebates.
