“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. “I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “We hired Siena to put an addition on our house in 2009. We added a bedroom, bathroom, bonus room, upstairs laundry facilities, mudroom and bumped out our garage. We chose Siena after a bidding process based on plans from an independent architect. We chose Siena because of their competitive pricing and because of their reputation for quality work completed in a timely manner. The time factor was very important to us as we lived in our home during the construction process. We are extremely happy with Siena's work. All of the subs were extremely considerate of our family and went out of their way to be kind to our young children. The construction has proven to be of excellent quality, and we are certain that we made the right decision in choosing Siena to do our project. I also have to add that the work was finished a full week ahead of schedule (out of a 12 week schedule which in and of itself is fast).”

“We are midway through a major renovation with Normandy Remodeling and would rate the planning process and project at the highest level, so far. Our architect, Vince Weber, has been outstanding to work with. From the start, we felt comfortable with Vince and choose to work with Normandy mainly because of him. He was patient, flexible and really listened to what we wanted to do and helped us design the home that would fit our lifestyle. Not having any renovation experience, Vince has been instrumental in helping us throughout the planning and design process. Because he understands our vision, we trust the selections he presents us with and feel confident that the overall outcome will come together beautifully. Al Lovas, our Superintendent, has been great to work with as well. He has been flexible and accommodating with changes we have made and always available when needed. Our project is on time, making great progress and looks amazing so far. We would and have highly recommended Vince and Normandy to several friends and neighbors.”
