He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. “We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We hired Siena to put an addition on our house in 2009. We added a bedroom, bathroom, bonus room, upstairs laundry facilities, mudroom and bumped out our garage. We chose Siena after a bidding process based on plans from an independent architect. We chose Siena because of their competitive pricing and because of their reputation for quality work completed in a timely manner. The time factor was very important to us as we lived in our home during the construction process. We are extremely happy with Siena's work. All of the subs were extremely considerate of our family and went out of their way to be kind to our young children. The construction has proven to be of excellent quality, and we are certain that we made the right decision in choosing Siena to do our project. I also have to add that the work was finished a full week ahead of schedule (out of a 12 week schedule which in and of itself is fast).”

“Benvenuti and Stein remodeled our kitchen, raised the ceiling in our dining room, and refinished our hardwood floors. Their entire staff is extremely professional, polite, honest, prompt and clean. One of their design professionals, Kris, was assigned to us for the duration of the 3 month project. Weekly meetings took place so that we were always on the same page as to where the project was in terms of completion and whether any issues needed to be resolved. Any issues that did arise were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Kris spent many hours with us visiting various suppliers (granite countertops, kitchen and door hardware, appliances). Her advice was very helpful. The level of craftsmanship shown by their carpenters (custom-designed and built cabinetry and onsite carpentry for crown-molding, etc.) is amazing. The project was completed on time and we could not be happier with the outcome. We now have a kitchen, dining room, and hardwood floors that we are extremely proud of. The result is absolutely gorgeous. We recommend Benvenuti and Stein in the highest possible terms. They are simply terrific. We look forward to using them again when it comes time to remodel our basement!”
