“We couldn't be happier with our renovation. In less than 3 months the home we had been in for more than 20 years became what we'd always wanted it to be. While we began with an idea of what we wanted, Bonnie and Craig provided many design suggestions to make things work. From the built ins in the offices, the office desks, the bathroom plan to finding a solution for linen storage at the top of the stairs they always new just what to do. While we didn't intend to do the kitchen and the dining area at the same time, as we saw the transformation in the rest of the house we wanted it done too. We are so glad we did. The kitchen is so much more efficient now. The layout is better, the cabinets are beautiful. The ledge stone wall makes the dining area feel like a little bistro. Life in our house is easier since the renovation, everything is more organized and easier to keep clean and tidy. While getting through a reno isn't the easiest task... we so like that the results we'd do it again and wouldn't change a thing other than making the decision to do the kitchen/ dining reno earier in the process. It would have made it easier on everyone.”

“The Pattyn Group designed and installed our fireplace and mantel. It is truly the centerpiece of our house! They helped us with every design element from tile layout to grout color to the wood for the mantel. We used Pewabic tile and they installed it flawlessly. All the work was completed quickly. “Duo is an excellent company that believes in quality work. They offer a broad range of services from renovations of bathrooms, kitchens and basements to the largest of home renovations. Many dental offices in London, Ontario have been built or renovated by Duo. Duo's personnel are highly skilled craftsmen. They are courteous and, most importantly, they clean up the job site each evening. Each project has one head carpenter who serves as the contact person for any question or concern that the homeowner may have. The crew stays onsite until the job is done- no starting and disappearing for them. I had a second floor put on my house, a small office renovation, a garage rebuilt and am awaiting a new perimeter fence and some work on my rental properties.”

“When embarking on a home renovation, Mike Holmes says, " Do it right...and hire the right people." Look no further than CCR. In selecting CCR to complete a kitchen renovation in our 1920's home, we experienced the utmost confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. Peder Madsen and his team demonstrated vision, creativity, attention to detail and professionalism. The team listened, and Mitch, our site supervisor was communicative with us during each stage of the process. The project included the removal of a load bearing wall, addressing old wiring, pipes and even some asbestos removal with their own qualified staff, therefore saving us money. CCR employees along with the contracted tradespeople were exceptionally personable and respectful. We were pleased to see women represented on the trades teams.The renovation was completed within the estimated time frame and our home was left tidy each day. In a world where businesses are too often pressured to compromise quality for expediency, it is refreshing that CCR remains dedicated to values of integrity and craftsmanship. “Hiring CD3 was a wonderful experience. They are professional, knowledgable, and worked hard to ensure the project turned out how we wanted. I hired them to build a patio, deck and pool house and was so impressed I hired them to do my pantry, laundry room, home gym and wine cellar. The finished products were beautiful and were finished in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone and will be hiring them again for future projects.”
